On the right is my 'new' new vape toys: black Lemo on a black istick 20

I washed and dried it... coiled, wicked and filled it... and got it right the first time.

SWEET!

If you copy and paste the title of that article into Google, you can get to a link that'll show you the whole article. :)

I clicked every link in the first page of search results and all 10 links led back to the WSJ page that requires a subscription to read more than 8 lines. How deep into the search results did you need to go to find the article, and if you have it handy, can you post a link?

Oops, sorry . Maybe this will help, it's step by step what I did.

Go to the link that was posted Michael B. Siegel: The Misbegotten Crusade Against E-Cigarettes - WSJ 'blue' the title like you are going to copy/paste, right clicking it gets me the option to search Google for it and I get https://www.google.com/search?q=The....69i57j69i60&sourceid=chrome&es_sm=0&ie=UTF-8. Click on the first link and you should get the whole article. It has for me twice. :)

See if this link I got from the FB share works for you

Michael B. Siegel: The Misbegotten Crusade Against E-Cigarettes - WSJ

Nope

Maybe

FB link to article

That last worked for me... Maybe the WSJ does not block FB as a part of their contract with them or something
No, no. no and no. The first leads me only to more links to the WSJ site, the second likewise leads me to Google search results with 10 links on the first page all of which lead (some in a roundabout way) to the WSJ site, the third is another link to the WSJ site and the fourth is a non-working FB link (I'm a regular on FB so it's not because I lack membership). Thanks for trying, though!

Perhaps I've already used up some free number of WSJ views that the paper gives for nada, and that's why I reach pages that require a WSJ subscription for me to read the article. If that theory is correct, then sooner or later (if you visit the WSJ site enough) you will also deplete your free allotment of views.

The answer to this question will help solve the mystery: is the page that you reach a WSJ page, starting with www.wsj.com ? If so, I cannot read any article there without paying first for a subscription.

Sorry, Bells. I followed the link from FB, I don't have a subsription but was able to read the entire thing. See if you can get there from here:
https://www.facebook.com/SkylineVapor/posts/789667441115334?notif_t=notify_me

G'nite y'all! Hope the link from Skyline Vapor's FB page works for you, Bell's!

That's just a FB page with a link to the WSJ, which I cannot read without subscribing. The article itself is not on the FB page. I'm pretty sure it must be because I've already read as many WSJ articles as they allow someone to read before requiring a subscription. I've read a bunch over the past several months.

EDIT, EDIT!
Stupid me. I found out I could read the whole WSJ article by ignoring the subscription pop-up. When I moved the slider on the right side of the page, the pop-up disappeared. I'm an idiot. (I can say that about myself but YOU may NOT say that about me! And that goes for YOU too. I see ya tryin' ta sneak around the corner over there!)

At least I stuck with it until I figured it out. My idiocy is counterbalanced with perseverance.

I had to find it in google and access it from there. Well worth the effort to find and read it.

By the way, somebody named Shari won the Provari P3 Celtic Knot in the contest. She was post #131 in that Provape contest thread.

Congratulations Sheri!

Coil specs?

28ga kanthal
5 wraps (slightly spaced) on a phillips mini screwdriver (2.42 mm)
1.1Ω (NAILED IT!)

On the iStick 20, the ohms lower limit is 1.0Ω... which is fine with me.

KGD wick, snug but not choked, cut at 45deg. angle so that it just touches the deck evenly, then wetted and pushed back from the weep holes.

I ran it yesterday @ 11w (3.4v) with no nic non flavored 50/50. Nice draw, nice vapor, nice looking, so.... overall experience = nice. :)

Hey, have y'all seen the acronym spreadsheet started by KatDarling?

It's on Google Docs, and is kinda "open source", so anyone can add to it. I added:

DVOM -- Digital Volt/Ohm Meter

Very nice!!! Kat is great for doing stuff like this!!! She's a good compiler.

Nice new toys uman!!!

Great news about WA state kickin that tax to the curb. Waitin to see what Tx does. The senate already passed the deal about having to sign for net purchases of e cig related stuff, so ya have to be home and pay an EXTRA 6.00 for it on top of shipping. Hope the House kicks it out. Been responding to all the CTAs.
