So this company sent me a replacement liquid for one that i ordered and after 5 weeks had not arrived.
I got the replacement package yesterday.
Today the original order came through with an open for inspection label on it.
In the box had a leaflet from West Australian agriculture saying they opened the package because sniffer dogs or x-ray indicated there could have been a biosecurity concern. went on to say that nothing was removed and all was good.
Was a small order have received much larger orders. Was thinking well this one says organic ingredients and has that N.E.T in it, so maybe something in the smell.
Yet the package I got yesterday was exactly the same and that wasn't inspected.

Inspectors will randomly lead the dogs up and down... no way to effectively select all of them.

My morning vape with my coffee went very well. I started at 3.0 volts and worked my way up to 3.7. I don't like a lot of puffing first, getting vapor all in my face and nose. I found if I just draw off the mouth piece straight to my lungs and then exhale a nice cloud, I am more satisfied than any other way with less to no coughing. That's even with the 100% pg. Can I get 100% vg and mix this pg with it to dilute to % 50/50? I read somewhere that you could mix nic strengths and flavors, but not pg/vg differences because of how it stays in suspension. I'd like to try the vg, but I don't want to waste this either.

Yes, you might have to give it a couple of days of shaking to allow it to blend well, but many do it that way.

That is periodic shaking - not continual (LOL)...

I'd suggest diluting your ready made juice adding 25% VG to start. If you do 50 / 50 you'll cut the nic level in 1/2 to 9 mg/nic as well as diluting the flavor a lot.

If you do 3 part juice to 1 part VG, you nic level will only drop to about 14 mg/nic and you'll preserve more of the flavor. If the flavor is still OK but still too harsh, then you can experiment and add more VG - but remember you'll be cutting down the nic level too.

When I gave my reply - I assumed she was talking about another order of the juice with nic/flavor and all, but a VG base. I hope that is what she meant, because you are right - just adding plain VG would dilute the flavor and the nic by half which could be to much dilution.

When I am actually vaping, I don't get the rush like I do with an analog right when I'm doing it. But later, like about ten minutes later, I feel a bit shaky and my jaw feels tight, almost like I'm about to grind my teeth. I'm wondering if that's the high nic?

Sounds probable. Hard for me to answer - I was one of the lucky ones with little to not withdrawals / side effects to note upon. But yes, vaping does take a little longer to get the nic into your system and you are also not getting the other chemicals that are in burning cigs...

hmmm ... yep, you (at least me for me) likely won't get that 'rush' from vaping - like when you take those 1st couple drags on a cigarette. One, the absorption of nicotine from vapor is slower and less than a cigarette, and two, think about it, you're not inhaling about 4000 burning chemicals when you vape. It will feel different and take longer vaping to get a comparable nic hit/fix. I read somewhere it takes about 10 minutes of vaping to get the same amount of nicotine compared to smoking a cigarette. I think that's why many vapors - vape more than they smoked. You build up your nic level, then keep it topped off by vaping frequently.

In the beginning you can definitely expect that, but later you can taper it back down after you get past the cig urges...

I'm just confirming what somebody else already said. There's nothing unusual about a package being inspected and an identical package not being inspected.

Yes, the nicotine gets into your blood more slowly, but just as effectively, as it does with smoking.

It's really great to hear that you had a better experience this morning than you did last night!

All the above, and it might be incipient over-nic along with that. Since it's absorbed less quickly than combust tobacco (as I understand it, the molecule is smaller when acquired via burning than via boiling), the "rush" - especially first thing of the day - isn't there, or at least a slow rush  so you tend to keep vaping. Over-nic effects should abate quickly, though.

Until you're more comfortable vaping, maybe try to "limit" to about the same number of draws (or just a few more) as it takes you to finish off a cig, and pace yourself that way. Then give it 10 - 15 minutes before going back for more.

Regarding mixing PG and VG. Most juices are a mix, so not a problem, other than lowering the nic percent and the flavor if you're mixing down with unflavored zero nic. Just shake it well before filling your topper. (And, as said, periodically after first mixing.)

Math is not my forte, but I stopped at the shop up the street and got some Hydro peach 50/50 o mg. (Got some hydro watermelon 0 mg and some Fantasia double apple 50/50 12 mg also) I mixed 1 ml of this Hydro peach 50/50 0 mg with 1ml of the cool fresh 100% pg 18 mg. I could vape this all day set at 3.7 volts. The hole is wide open (4th one for max air). I get flavor and a great cloud on the exhale. Twenty minutes later and no craving and no tight jaw or teeth grinding. You guys and gals have been great getting me set up. I know there will be many questions along the way, but I think I'm ready for the back porch. I'm a back porch sort of gal anyways :vapor::)
