I don't think it's so much that they won't............more a matter of they can't. I know of one vendor who had all his funds locked up by paypal as they won't let it be used for e-cigs. The other place isn't an e-cig vendor, deals just in batteries and such

After a day or 2 using it, it began to feel just right to me and has become my fave PV. Does yours have the large white button, or the darker button that is flush with the head assembly? I prefer the big white button, but the darker flat button is the newer type. GV got Joye to bring back the big white button and sells the head assemblies with my beloved big comfy white button 
Kat....The size was a bit of a shock but I like the fact that it stands upright (strange reason, I know) Had a hard time getting the head on it & am picking up some Novalox for it. Now I know what cross-threading means. Glad to hear that today wasn't awful (so far), good time to relax before all heck breaks loose. In my past life I helped at my kids music store & for years there would only be a few customers for BF, they all went to the major malls. The last few years they've been getting slammed. From what I've seen on the news, there's no way I'm going back out until maybe April.
