It is good to hear they are working good and for the price are hard to beat. Mine should be here today and I'm curious to how it compares to my smok ZMax.

And have ya seen how they can be configured as a combination PV and night stick?

Nice to hear positive things about the Vamo. I've got one coming. The weight doesn't concern me, I'm used to a heavy PV. As to the protected batts not working w/ them. That's the case with many PV's that have on-board electronic protection built into their circuits. The batt's circuity and PV circuitry get confused - it's not recommended to use protected batts for that reason.

How do I switch it between rms and avg please. Only thing I can't figure out

The ego APV is a vast improvement in cost and design over its predecessors. It offers both variable voltage and variable wattage modes, and can increase power by .1 volts or .5 watts. This device can stably operate between 3.0-6.0 volts or 3.0-15.0 watts.

Device Instructions

1.To turn the device on or off press the big button 5 times in 2 seconds.

2.To switch between the VV and VW mode press and hold both mini buttons at the same time.

3.Use the left and right mini buttons to increase and decrease the voltage or wattage.

4.To check the remaining battery voltage press and hold the left mini button for 5 seconds.

5.To check the your devices resistance (ohms) press and hold the right mini button for 5 seconds.

6.This device will work with one 18350, two 18350, or one 18650 lithium ion battery. Both the AW and Unprotected batteries on our site work well in this device. We have not done extensive testing with the 18650 batteries. The Panasonic CGR18650CH will work, and we will add more brands as we confirm they work. We suggest using 18350 batteries off of our site.

7. To switch between AVG and RMS mode press and hold the left or right mini button for ten seconds. It will display NO1 when it is in AVG mode and NO2 when it is in RMS mode.

This device has the following protective features.

1.When you press the big button for 10 seconds or more the device will shut off.
When using a single battery and the voltage drops below 3.2 volts the screen will display "LO". Please recharge your battery before continuing to use it.

2.When using two batteries and the voltage drops below 6.4 volts the screen will display "LO". Please recharge your batteries before continuing to use them.

3.When you use an atomizer at 1.2ohm or less the screen will display a "LO" ohms warning. Please use a higher resistance atomizer to prevent damaging your device.

4.When you are using an atomizer with a short the screen will display "LO v". Please change your atomizer to prevent damaging your device.

5.The device will not work if you put the batteries in incorrectly. Please remove and replace the batteries with the positive end towards the top of the device.

I don't know how to run a Linux os, but I'd like to do more than poke fun at the makers of any virus! I don't get it. Why run something to infuriate people when you can't even see their reaction. They just hit launch and sit back and - what? Just imagine reactions?

Linux runs as easily as windoze try it sometime its free and can be ran from a cd within windoze @ubuntu.com. As for the viri makers there's good and bad of everything a virus is only code that tells your system to do something. It's kinda funny because a virus can't spread without windows OS allowing it.

Good mornin everyone! Well it was three years ago today that I joined ecf and ordered my first e-cig kit. I don't know how many I've ordered since but it has been a lot. lol My first and one of my favorites was a 801 kit and then a 901, 510, eGo, Hello 1300, Go-go, Echo, Vgo, Kgo, 601 pipe, Echo Kuwako, E-power, Indulgence, Buzz, VV350, V-8, LT, 1.5 LT, Gripper, VVego, Twist, Rider Robust, ZMax. My Vamo should be here today and tomorrow my Mvp should be here. That should do it for this year lol.:) That is just the batteries now if I listed the different, attys, cartos, clearos and tanks we would be here all day. It has been a fun three years and most important my breathing is 100% better. I might kick off any day from something but at least I will be breathing good until then!:)

:banana:Congratulations on your 3 years smoke free.
The plus's to this vaping journey just keep on adding up. Not only a healthier life but oh so many new toys. I don't think any of us ever outgrow the need for toys. The design just changes as we age. :D

Hey Tx I'm picking up a MVP today after work there is a brick and mortar that has them for $59.00!

Congrats on the 3 years makes me feel optimistic.:vapor:

Thanks Devo! Congrats on getting the MVP it appears to be very well built. I bought it mostly because of the 26650 battery and the fact I can stick it in my pocket and not worry about carrying extra batteries and a charger when I go on a weekend trip. If the battery lasts for a year or longer I will be happy. I do wish they would have had an ohm meter instead of the puff counter but if it was perfect I wouldn't have a reason to buy the next version. lol
