I have moved from "My 7's" and now have 2 900Mah eGo style batts with 2 tanks. These will do just fine. No need to go full bore with the latest gadget though I am sure the eGo VV were at one time the latest and I may upgrade to that when these batts die. I do not own an iPhone or Mac nor desire to. Same with vaping. I will use what meets my needs. Sure, one day I may have a ProVari but by then it will be old news.

Howdy 73ckn797, welcome to the thread. Just becasue I just posted a bunch of fancy mods doesn't mean a person needs them for a satisfying vape. The best PV is the one you use to stay away from the nasty cigs.

Very nice Mike. What is the thingee on Janet's purple Provari? And is it a mini vivi nova on the purple Robust? I really like the way that robust looks. I'm wanting to get one more VV and not sure what I want, but something not too pricey - is the Robust something you would go with again? I think I'm leaning toward a 1300 mah Spinner but I sooo prefer something I can swap replace the battery in, instead of the whole thing being no good when the battery won't charge any more.

Hey there 'Semi', do you remember way back to the end of last year when you and Janet both won free mod holders. Well they finally showed up last week and I got around to taking pictures. Thanks so much for PIF'ing your win to us. They're pretty nice and the crescent one is a nice size. I was concerned it would be to big - but nope it's fine. I went back and forth with the guy and got all custom holes in both stands. His stock layout and sizes just didn't work for me or Janet. Although When I spec'ed out Janet's she had a whole different collection - with her current stock, I may have to re-dill some of the holes. The bottom's and inside the holes for the PV's are 'flauxed'.

Hi Kat....I'm going to shout out the virtues of the Joye 18650 upgrade Mod for the zillionth time. I really love this one & hate to admit, I haven't touched my Spinners (or anything else) since I got it. I switch the batt every morning, not that I need to, & I'm set for the day. You should take a look at it. Yah, just butting in again....SORRY!

Thanks much and, yes, I've already pulled up a chair and settled in. A great group of folk here with tons of helpful hints. Been reading discussions that I have no idea about yet, but I'll learn - slow, but sure it goes. And, since my chemo left me with severe long and short term mem probs I'm keeping lots and lots of notes too... :)

Thanks Moishe - I have 3 of the Ego-T Mods and love love love them. For some things though, I do like to have the ability for true VV :)

Moishe, I currently use the 2250 mah panny's in my 18650 Ego-T mods, and an 800 mah IMR in my baby one :)

Edit: and the 2250 is the highest I've used :)

I've been using the Sanyo 2600mah, however, they seem to be fizzling out on me & not lasting as long as they used to. I just ordered some new Panasonic 2250 IMRs, is that the one you mentioned?

Mike - those are really nice. Starting to see why folks need to have holders for their PVs. Now that I am starting a collection - something like one of these would be really nice. Just ordered some EVODS, etc and a bunch of flavors - so I cannot go looking at anything more - but oh so tempting

I have the Joye tech 18650 in my TMOD, but I use the protected mode(3.3V) when vaping. So far they last about two days :) I have 3 batteries so that after two are charged, I can take them off the charger and "let" them rest for a day before I put them back in the tube. It seems to like the Vision V3 clero the best @ 2.4 ohm. May try an 1.8 ohm and see how that goes...

On the Provari is a DUD/Chid w/ a glass tank from ibtanked instead of the SS tank it comes with. It's a nice little RBA.

Yes - it's a mini Vivi Nova on the Purple Robust. Janet seems to like the Robusts. The batts are only 14500's/600 mAh, about like a regular size eGo batt for vaping life per charge.

Hi verhall, nice to see you back. At least you have an excuse for your memory, my just doesn't work as well as it used to and I have no excuse.

Mike, it sure took long enough to get the holders... I like the curved one the best.

Makes me want to go look through my wood pile (LOL)...

A few weeks went by after we traded PM's on how I'd like them drilled. Then he said he had a hernia operation coming up in a couple weeks and the doc told him to take it easy. Then a couple month's went by and I figured we were likely not going to get them. But lo and behold, they did arrive. I had to pay a bit of money for the customizations, don't quite understand why, it was basically just different layout and sizes for the holes - but what the heck. Overall it was a reasonable cost for 2 holders. They're nice, but I think the retail prices are overstated for what they are, particularly the rectangular one.

Hi Constance..I also just use the 3.3V but I just automatically change the batt every morning; just don't want to have it die when I'm out. I just use either 'resurrectors @1.7' or boges LR in a tank. I rotate all my batts so they're all 'rested' but I've noticed that my Sanyos just aren't lasting the way they did. I'm hoping the Panasonics hold up better...we'll see. BTW - I go at it like a chimney, perhaps that's the problem....

Kat, I now have 4 of the Rider Robusts because I really like them. I do with the battery lasted longer, but it's really not a problem to pop in a new battery. It's vv and I can read ohms and how much battery is left. Very simple and that's what I'm looking for. I live by the KISS rule. I was looking for something with a replaceable battery and this seems to fit the bill. I like the red and purple colors because they're vibrant and surprisingly are not slippery. The black has the rubberized feel to it. They cost $50 unless you can get in on a co-op where they're much cheaper. I like the mini vivi novas on them as well as the tank and fusion. Was thinking of trying the evod.

    Vape - Panasonic CGR18650CH battery

Yikes, I went to that site, and they are OOS!! But the price is good at 4@$6.99

Put myself on the 'notify' list.

It has the exact stats as the ones at LiteCig and L/C's product description states IMR.
