Thanks for the info. I had a feeling that was the case. Actually, I have enough of the cheap mods already. If anyone IS interested in a cheap mod for back-up, I love my little http://www.smokerevolt.com/18350MiniTube. It's adorable, works great, and is only $17. Plus, it's not plastic.
I've been looking at mechanical mods, like the Natural. But, the more I read about their issues, the more I think that there's no point in bothering with it unless I go all the way to a good mechanical. Not the fancy, work-of-art expensive ones. Just the basic good quality ones.
They're still a bit expensive for me. So, I wouldn't be in any rush to invest unless it started to look like I really needed to. But, if it ever does, I'll be looking into 2 really durable mods, one mechanical (like maybe a Legacy or Precise) and one VV (like a Provari). Cheapo back-ups I already have!
Thanks, Gloria! I've been meaning to get one of those!
Did your carpet ever recover fully? How about your husband?
...I'm very pleased that some of ya'll may enjoy my sophomoric humor attempts that might trigger an occasional internal chuckle (I prefer to trigger da ol' coffee spew). But I'm a firm and avid believer in that humor can ease many 'wounds' and/or at least lift a spirit or two.
Iffy.....I thank you for your service, I salute you & I looove you - you're a priceless gem!!!
Let us know what you think when they arrive. They're so cheap that I might still buy, one at least. A hot pink mod would be fun (as long as it's cheap enough). As for da cheapie Bolts, I ordered four of 'em. I have to try 'em! My VV Grippers also got a bit o' a bad rep. Have had 'em for over six months now; no issues whatsoever.
All the color choices make these look fun. And, people who have them do seem to really like them!DH...I see that Stormy has the new 18650 mod w/the new vented tube. I emailed her about the colors as I'm stuck on black & she doesn't have that one yet. I'm holding out...seems that's my fav (at this moment).
So that's where I saw them! Thanks for the link. I really do like my carto-filling tool. But, that side screw looks even more handy, especially when filling away from home.Gracie, my Fusion carto lives in one of these, and super easy to refill. The 1" tube fits the regular size Fusion

Thanks, I'll give those a shot. But, you could walk around comfortably with the magnification? Or did you have them slid down to look over the top? I can't walk around with my "reading" glasses on because they make me dizzy. Be careful on the stairs! For anybody who has trouble seeing the tiny parts for rewicking or recoiling, I'm happy to report that these glasses from Walgreens are a great help. I got the 2.5 magnification. They have an on/off switch for each light and the replaceable batteries are supposed to last about 50 hours. Foster Grant.Light Specs Plastic Lighted Reading Glasses +2.50 | Walgreens
It's a buy one get one free deal, so 2 for $25 isn't so bad. They're so comfortable that I forgot I had them on and went downstairs and wondered where the light was coming from.![]()
Why haven't I been doing that?! I've been using one 510 to taste each juice (I have about 10 old 510 atties that I don't use for anything else anymore). I think I even read before to do this and just forgot. I have a bottle of unflavored DIY already sitting around ready to use for stealth vaping. Using it between flavors would make my testing so much simpler. If I think I'm going to like the juice (just by it's smell) I usually load it into a CE3 and label it. Then I can easily try it every day to see how it's tasting while it steeps.
If I don't think it's going to be a keeper, I use the atties and just add a couple of drops of 50/50 PG/VG to clear out the taste in between flavors.
How do you do that? On their website, I see minimum quanitities of 100+, no prices listed, and just a form to fill out to email them.I buy directly from Smoktech for my cartos. I used to order from Bogetech until Bogegate hit. I still have about 350 pre Bogegate cartos I am holding onto, but I am liking the ST better. Just don't tell them you buying for personal use, I have heard that they don't like that.
Unfortunately, I'm one of those people that has a very dry mouth (salivary glands messed up from radioactive iodine). Must be very careful to not let juice touch my mouth. It burns!!!!! I also can't eat spicy foods like normal people can either. I know, no fun.You may laugh at this, but this is how I test my juices. I have read that others do this, too. I just squirt a small dot of juice in the palm of my hand and lick it up. I can always tell if it's gonna be a good vape. It should taste strongish for the flavor, but it calms down when you vape it. I don't like dripping, although I have several io6's, and I do try them sometimes.
That sounds yummy!I liked it with cola, for a vanilla coke, plus some EM. EM really brings out the flavors for me.
I vary between 3.4 and 4.2 on mine and it's plenty. Battery lasts longer too. That limb seems pretty safe. Don't know the resistance of my Ce4 clearos but my T3 is 2.4 to 2.6 Ohms as is my yet-unused Titan, whose coil was DOA.
Good news is that it was a win for vapers in Utah this time around. Bad news is that politicians will do anything to control the people they are supposed to represent. This is sad. This is a comment Jason (owner of Electronicstix based in Utah) had to say about the proposed Utah law to tax sales both in-state and out-of-state via internet sales.
Thanx, Mike!
Just can't get rid of this sinkin' stomach feeling...
<10 minutes later...> Mike, look for a PM within a day or two. Need to run sumpin' by ya.

Now the CE3s I'm still working on. They seem to give lots of flavor and vapor. But, I'm still having trouble getting rid of the original metal 510 taste out of them so that they taste ok. At least, I did finally find a way to get them filled more easily even with my bad eyesight. One down, one to go. We'll see.

So I'll stick with the CE3s for now. Anybody know where to buy them cheaply in bulk?
CE3's. Altsmoke has them in stock and Discount Vapor is out of stock for them.
Gloria I get a weird taste with the Evod...metallic or Plastky. Don't really like that clero. Sigh!
Has anyone heard any late and breaking news on the date for the Kanger Pro Tank? Sun Vapors has posted prices now ($25), but it still says out of stock...

Yes Hibi runs a great CoOp. Always fast, fun and friendly. Her CoOp should be in the Planning section this weekend I believe. She hopes to include the ProTank.
