I figured that in case one of them doesn't work out, then he will have a second attempt. And if it does work out, then I can get 2 extra mods (hopefully) out of the extra wood there.
Now to just get the address to send them too and then a quick trip to the post office!
How thick are those pieces? They don't look thick enough?? Didn't he say 2" and 1+" and 3 1/2"? All the wood I've been looking at is long enough, but not wide or thick enough...
By the way, I dropped by one of the Vape shops on the way home and showed some of the pics from the 1st post. Not only were they totally amazed ("Oh Shnap! What the ....... is that! Where can I get one?!"), but they also asked if you would be willing to start selling some to them to sell at their shop.
Not even a week into full production (with the forum knowing about it), and you all ready have at least one offer from a vape shop in California to carry your Dibby's. Good work pdib!

The footprint of the small one is 1 1/8 x 2 1/8" and the big one is just under 1 1/2 x 2 1/2", so they fall within the tolerances given. The big one is about 8 3/4" long as well, so he may be able to squeeze 2 mods out of that one if I'm lucky.

I couldn't get any flavor out of the "L" and the appeal of dual coils has faded with a brief love affair with the cyclone AFC (although, it was just ok in single coil mode with small hole but regular cyclone knocked my sox off), so, alas, my IGO-L sits in the neglected vape drawer along side all the vamos, vivis, and other assorted sad azz vaping devices since I had a couple of IGO-Ss modded by a famous Frank Zappa look-a-like modding guru....pssst, don't ask, he's very, very busy right now with his wood
same reason i had my L's either given away or shelved… just didn't produce the right vape until recently when i just said wth, and micro coiled a 26g nichrome 7 wrap 1/16 ID (or a tad more) and at .5 ohms its (the iGo L) one snappy vape!
I second the idea for the iGo W too as it has the size i like (this week)…
As said in SuperX's threads, its all about how you coil and wick … to find that sweet spot for you.
I damn know there is a sweet spot for me in the S and the Cyclone (smaller chamber than even the RM2) , its just not happening for me anymore (last week)
too bad mR Dibs doesn't have an elf or two in his workshop… 'cause then he could get those orders flying and even have some time to come up with a "Dibmizer" or two.

Yeah, he'll probably reply with something like - "watch out for where the huskies go an don't you eat that yellow snow". But eventually you'll get the answers for the info that you seek. And in the end; it will be well worth it.

I finally got to the end of the thread. There is a very nice group here =] I'm on a hunt for a bottom fed topper now :/ I have hundreds of mods and toppers, but nothing bottom fed... the closest thing I had was an Old Goat that I PIFd long ago LOL

I have PMd and am on List #5 =] Plenty of time for me to get the topper selected and ready =] I checked the list for bottom feeders that had been posted and I already have a Vision Eternity, which is actually one of my favorites <3 Also mentioned in the list are the Killer 705s, and I have multiples of those since I started with carto tanks and always wanted a carto I could re-coil instead of trashing them once they gunked up.
I might have to pick a new topper, regardless, one that is just for this Dibby :/ ...something that is low and fat and not so heavy... it's like planning for the arrival of a new baby LOL
