This OliveR Dibi with its "official factory upgrades" is one mean machine!
While it is great inspiration and much fun watching people hop up their Dibi mods, I am very happy with mine. Even more so now that I have the new spring and contact screw. I don't see a need to go beyond this, but . . . who really knows? Please continue posting such modifications.
I liken it to the days of my first car, a used stock '68 Camaro. I couldn't hop it up the way I wanted to, but what little I did do for it made it better than what I bought, though not something to bet your pink slip on. Those old USA V8s were excellent modder cars.
There is one single tweak I'm thinking about doing on my own. Not related to performance, but comfort. I've noticed that the bottom plate (richlite) feels somewhat sharp around my pinky finger - but only in the morning*. I think I may round it off just a tad.
* Why would that be? Is my wood bigger in the morning?
