No, I have to suck in air and keep the little ball thingy in between these two lines.
It's more to exercise the lungs in prep for a long surgery. I'll probably be using it after the NG tube comes out. That part I'm not looking forward to. Ugh. But if the results are what I'm wanting.... worth every bit of discomfort.

(although finding 650mah variable voltage batteries is getting hard)
I've been spending a ton of time on various "projects" at work and otherwise.
The work part is going to be winding down soon though.
And then I'm going to retire!!

Retire, huh? Let me tell you, it's not what it's cracked up to be. It's better. (I retired as soon as it was economically viable, at 62, and still wish I could have retired even earlier!)
