I've been wondering the same thing, myself.
19212 as of now!!! I've been hitting every shop I can and talking to as many as will listen. 2 shops have helped by the employees signing and sharing to theirs and the shops pages and one said they would add it to their email bulletin. Btw you can allow someone to sign it from your smart phone as long as it has the sign link and they use their own info. I'm hitting a few more shops this week and sending emails to ones not in my area. If you stress the fact that shops will have close until their products they sell are approved if this is allowed it motivates them more and their loyal customers are more likely to sign as well to help the shop

I think Caramel was correct, it's the guys on reddit. Looked at the site and there were two petition threads up top. They done be doin' awesome.I highly doubt that one link did this... although I have been commenting on every recent vaping or e-cig article that will let me... most of them are deleted
