Let's see who's in the Nauti Corner...

Why, it's a Serpent RDTA on a VCO. Very hard hitting mod, 130mV drop. Cloud making atty. Huge mellow, puffy cool clouds. Not all that Nauti, really.
You're teasing me, right? "Susana get that Serpent RDTA. Here, see what you're missing!" :p:p:p

I have mine built to 1ohm. Did I mention cool, puffy, clouds?

Seriously, I love this little RDTA, consider it money well spent (and not that much, either--by comparison, anyway).

Last winter in Spain with its hard floors, tiled terraces and outdoor cafe/bars was a hard one for the Old Brigade and two died in action when they hit the deck, but one warrior ( the only one I then had with armour plating) survived with only a minor nick ( pic 1 ), even when it got knocked of a ladder platform when I was painting a ceiling.

This year's Masterplan then became to equip all my Nauti Minis with latticed metal sleeves - the last one arrived yesterday and that's the set fully covered now.

I’m not the only one depressing this otherwise bubbly thread with a sombre mood..
I feel the pain and struggle though :(

Thinking back over my vaping events this year it seems such a long time ago, that just after the New Year I'd already written off a couple of my Nautilus Minis in Spain and the squonker I had taken as a back up had taken to ripping battery wraps whenever I attempted to remove a battery no matter how carefully I tried.

And so when I took myself down to the vapeshop in Fuengirola it came as a delight to me that they were selling resin finished Picos at massive discount and ditto Zeniths as their customers were seeking real cloud chucking machines with at least two and preferably three batteries.

I got these at silly prices and if they'd had more I'd have bought them!

You could say they are poor men's poor stabwood substitute, and I may yet try polishing them with carnuba wax - but even as they are I have a soft spot for them.

Their beautiful, good find. I would have jumped on those deals too.

Aged 49 months, which I suppose in Vape Years makes him as old as me, my Oldest Soldier ( the first Nauti Mini I ever owned) pulls Sunday Duty atop another of my black Picos.

Like the guy's great great great grandfather's axe - all original expect for two new heads and three new handles, this one is all original except for Heaven knows how many new coils and two replacement glasses.

When I got it I was new to vaping and still trying tobacco flavours and coloured juices and nothing has removed the discolouration on the bottom seal.

Happy Vaping all and may your kit be as reliable!

Two pretty well traveled mods. Brand new, too. El Thunder mods are made in Russia by a Russian company with the very Russian sounding name "Viva La Cloud". I purchased them from a great operation near Adelaide, Australia, called "VapourEyes". #1 for vape supplies and Australian vaping juices I ordered them at different times, and both times they got my mods to me in less than a week. I don't know if they made any stops in between Russia and Australia.

The El Thunder 20700 on the left is wearing an attractive Serpent Elevate tank, while the El Thunder Lite on the right is going for the high tech look with a Reload RDTA.

    Hello everyone.

After a long work week I decided to sit down and clean the tanks, re-wick and set 3 of them up for the weekend.

    View attachment 858863

White Armour Pro with the Doggystyle 2k16/18. The usual Frankenstein's build.

SS Armour Pro with the new black Gear. Testing a high 0.7 resistance spaced clapton with rayon.

RX GEN3 with the new black Dead Rabbit. My first dual coil and it's a cloud and flavour fountain. Nailed this one first time. I'm a happy camper.

Wish you all a great weekend.

I do like the gen 3 but mines nasty, have to tape the batt door up to stop the batts spilling out, I'm using mine with an equally nasty freemax mesh pro,bad topfill slider ,have to use a thick vape band to keep it in place, but it vapes pretty good

Not wanting to make a joke out of it but sounds you have a nasty kit ehehehe

I tightened all screws on battery door area and gave it a twist because it wasn't closing parallel. Never had a problem since.
