Hey Nick. Good to see you this morning. Off to do my regular realtor stuff. Got a new tenant moving in today, and another on Tuesday. Probably stop by the vape shop later to socialize. You got plans for the day?
Dang, you’re busy! Heading out for lunch with the family, getting paint for the living room, and stopping at my favorite soda shop...120 different soda pops! You eyeing anything at the vape shop?

I love that setup, @cocy c ! What is it?

I've been working on neck plates. I only need one per guitar, but it sucks to get all the way to mounting a neck and realize you didn't make one, and don't have one to steal from a different project, either.

No two of my guitars are alike, and no two of them have the same neckplate. To the left of the neckplates is a truss rod cover that I made. Behind the neckplates is a Dead Rabbit SQ on a SMPL mod. Nice little setup to tote around.

Facebook memory from 6 years ago. Blurb said that at that point I had spent $400 total on vaping.

My first REO was very soon after this, once the dripper on mech was my go to. Then things got exponentially more expensive.

The RSST got a good run too. It was hailed as the most beginner friendly RBA.

Very nice wood work there, Nick. Very nice.
Thanks, Tralfaz!

This, on the other hand, is in a much earlier stage. Before I took the sander (w/60 grit) to this neck, the headstock was paddle shaped, and the back of the shaft was square. This is a Canadian maple guitar neck that will end up on a guitar named Utah in maybe a week or so. So this pic was taken before I started attacking it by hand. I stick adhesive sandpaper on my hands, and carve and smooth it to an asymmetric profile that's palm filling. Hand shaped. "D" profile. This one is very thin and shreddy. I call these "Shred-D Necks".

I know, TMI. I just got started there...

There is a vape setup! On the heel of the neck Is a Goon V1.5 on a TVL Magnum (aluminum).
