My previous experience -
Started with Blu, was satisfied with taste and vapor, moved to 510 because of L88b batty life and sensitive auto
Tried V4L coolcarts because I had problems with SLB cartos burning with dark ejuice
Got tired of crappy quality control on stuff from V4L and didn't want to buy more KR8 batties and cartos from someone else
Moved up to 3.7v with GLV and have been using Boge mega carto @ 3.4 ohms, am mostly satisfied ( may need lighter ohms for 3.7v )
I use mostly Johnson creek Red Oak ( VG ) juices and Vapor Renu custom blend ( 55PG/35VG/10enhancer ), both are fairly thin.
That's my experience with e-cigs.
Now to the Pitbull -
First impression - Nice finish, etching looked good under fluorescent lights at work but not so well under softer lighting at home,
the gem is nice, not bright enough to see in full light though, when I cup my hand around it I get a ring of pinpoints so I'm
assuming the back has a silver film with dots around the edge to let light through; I got the hindu cartos and the finish
is an exact match so that looks good .
I got the med tobacco Hindu cartos and while the flavor is not too bad on the draw, the inhale is kinda harsh at the back of the tongue,
especially after a couple of puffs with nothing to drink in between.
I started using my pb right outta the box, the carto did get a little rough going in the last turn or so but I didn't have to force it.
The vapor production is good, especially considering I don't try to take huge puffs. I have seen on here that other people get a
tight draw but IMO the draw is fairly light, almost too light. Since I didn't like the flavor I popped the top on the
carto to put a little of my reg juice in and the first thing I notice is the second ring is in crooked. I don't know if this ring is
supposed to sit down around the tube, but the tube was off center so this made the ring crooked. I was able to put in 20 drops
in a fresh pre-filled carto and this made me think I had over filled but the filler just sucked it up and vaped with no problems
when I put it back together. When I got home I popped the top on another carto and it was crooked as well. I left out the first
ring and used a soft plug in place of the hard cap. This means there is now a plug, then the wafer of material, then the second
ring sitting just touching the center tube; and after reverse spinning the pre-fill juice out I was able to put in 30 drops with no
problems. I have tried the carto with all the little plugs taken out and just a soft plug put back in and there is no perceivable
difference. If these rings are not necessary for function, the space would be better utilized for more filler. The center post could
be a little sturdier too, I noticed it moves quite freely when trying to center it and it moved outward a bit when doing the reverse spin.
I used the pb a little at work and have been using it for the last 3 1/2 hours at appx 210 puffs. Performance does seem to be a little
lower now so I'll prolly put it on the charger now and come back tomorrow with impressions on charge time and batty life.
