Finally got a warmer vape out of my aios.
coils are now much closer to the air intake hole.
Stuffed with cotton to reduce the chambers airflow.
It makes clouds.

Cross posting from the microcoil thread.
Well I got some 30amp batteries in and had a bunch of time on my hands so I started playing. It started out as 2 strands of 30g twisted into one wire and made a couple micro coils, that was nice and all until the push button on my bolt caught fire and melted. Apparently the 3amp button I put in was having issues with 10-11 amps. So I made my bolt into a mechanical mod for the time being and ordered a nemisis. As the weekend went by I got bored again and tried something a bit more fun, I took 4 strands of 30g, stuck em into the drill and twisted my self up some nice heavy wire. Tried a 3/4 wrap micro at .2-.3 but that seemed like a bit too much heat in one small area so I made 2x 6/7wrap micro coils sitting at about .25 (cheap multimeter ugh). This thing vapes like friggen crazy, goes though juice like mad. Cant wait to see how much harder itll hit on the nemmy.

My wonderful handywork.

thank you dreadymark.

just realized, that was poorly phrased on my part, I had attempted a few builds with cotton before, this is the second that worked :p

previous attempts were haunted by a nasty taste, but that is finally gone thanks to a few minutes of boiling. still getting used to the right amount to use but I agree, it's crazy how little it takes.

Stainless mesh in a dripper! I have not tried one of those since I first started building. I couldnt get it to work well to save my life so i gave up. I may have to retry this! Are those solid wicks passed through the micro coils?

The wicks are are almost solid, i left some room in them for wicking. Also i didn't build the micro coils on them i fed it through just like you would do with cotton. All i can say its surprising how well it wicks.
