I just ordered 25. I'm hoping to get the number of wraps I want and the resistance with quicker heating time than the 24 on my larger diameter builds.

Try the 26 Nichrome wire. It kicks fast. Much better resistance to mass ratio than Kanthal. Its resistance is equivalent to 25 Kanthal; but it's thinner.

Can't remember if I posted this here or not.

Rene41 .030" diameter welding rod .23 ohm tested on SX350 and my 20A buck bottom feeder regulated mods.

Vape is pretty good but cool down time is too much due to the large amount of mass.

Before anyone asks, the juice between the wraps is not dark it is the refraction of light that makes it look that way.

ok, then let me ask you this: what's up with all the little white parallelograms between your wraps? Is the welding rod welding little white parallelograms into you juice? Is there some electronico-circuitudinal advantage to this? Something we should try, maybe? :|
