Probably not. I have a hellboy and a mutation V4. All I have for wire right now is 26 guage Kanthal. Trying to think of a nice build I can make with just the 26. Wrecked my car 2 weeks ago so I'm low on cash. Any ideas?
3 strand twisted 26g...but since you wrecked your car I'm sympathetic to that and will offer up a set of fused Claptons..what's your normal ohmage when you vape?

I tend to vape my RTA's a lot, but I just picked up the Anarchist x Aria Phenotype-L to get me back into some dripping. It's a 2 post rda, similar to the velocity, but only two total post holes. Wide open it has ridiculous airflow, too much in my opinion. Also comes with a 510 drip tip adapter and a 510 drip tip.

Currently running dual 24 gauge coils around a 3mm mandrel, comes in around 0.35-0.40ohms.

PHENOTYPE-L!! How is it? BTW, that thing is made by Aria (great quality) & designed in part by Anarchist MFG, @ohmboyoc on instagram, so that thing is meant for low ohm builds and large coils. I dare you to go lower than .5 ohms :)

The machine quality is great and it came very clean. The gold plated (I believe) positive is very nice and sturdy, mounting two coils in the same post holes was not an issue. The well is rather large, I barely have any wick in there and all the space in total gives very massive airflow. The orings are thin and are not the tightest so I've been careful when placing things on, but nothing has been damaged so far. The wide bore tip comes off so easy to drip, it's a lot easier than using the 510 dt, but the 510 tip is also awesome, it's already my favorite tip on my goblin. The 510 pin protrudes more than enough for hybrid use. Awesome quality there too.

One thing that gets me is how the atty threads down depending on your device. I've noticed that the deck is a bit small in diameter, so putting it on some devices like the StringrayX with the lip caused the barrel to push up since the deck slips past the lip. It feels like it's not threaded down all the way meanwhile it's making contact to the device, this is because it still has threading to go and will push the barrel up slightly. To correct this I screwed the deck down first, then put the barrel on even though it's not aligned like it should be. Goes down fine on my SMPl and Sig150 though.

Overall great construction and easy to use. Airflow control tolerances are smooth and that's always important on any drip atty in my opinion. Like I said before the airflow is crazy and I want to try something besides simple coil wraps to utilize that space. But right now it vapes very smooth opened a little more than one slot. Sounds nice and I think it looks cool too. This is my first higher end authentic RDA, I'll put my goblin and Aqua2 down for a bit while I'm home to use it.

If you have the means and the patience, I'd suggest throwing some complex builds in it. The way the posts & post holes are designed it looks like it can fit some pretty massive coils.
I'd even say go dual stovetop with all of the cotton in the middle between the posts..with all that airflow you could fit some massive stovetops in there quite nicely

It was $65 retail at a local shop.

I also think the atomizer has good potential for flavor if the airflow system was different. I'm looking forward to what comes out next that takes it in a different step, we're seeing a lot of people come out with different stuff. Some of the vapor production and flavor production atomizers are becoming more similar in that you can do both with them. At the least we're seeing good ideas happening quicker than before. Some things coming out don't make much sense like the Turbo.

More to the thread. Dual 27 gauge 2.4mm ID @0.7ohms Aqua2. Single 24 gauge 2.8mm ID @0.7ohms Freakshow mini

Too much building on the Sapor, I'm trying to find the sweet spot but i think I melted the "PEEK" insulator around the center pin...I've had it for a week lmao.

7/6 wraps fused 28g/36g N80 Clapton parallel to single strand 24g N80 on a 2.5mm bit. Gives me staged heating...wasn't expecting that at all.

Ummm.... I dont think your supposed to melt those.
Obviously. I'm gonna go back to the shop where I got it and show them how freely and far the center pin screws into the atty. it's like it'll go in farther than the insulator. I don't feel comfortable using it on my Peg mod anymore, which is a direct to battery mod. I used some of that white insulation tape (I forgot what it's called its on the tip of my mind) around the base of the center pin screw itself to stop it from threading in so freely, and worst case scenario is if they don't do anything for me, I take it apart and replace the insulation on it with the back up parts from my doge v2.

Lol I know. The rda works fine, I'm just weary about the insulation around the center pin. It spins too freely so I put white PTFE thread seal tape over the bottom half of the threads. Solved the problem for now.
Tom. What is spinning? I thought the center post and insulator was squared off so it couldn't spin? I really want one of these. I have scorched the center post of my Archon and the silver plating of the center post of my El Cabron. If the Sapor insulator is no good I might reconsider it...

Vapemail came today straight from lightning vapes...my only question is why couldn't they just single spool the 1000ft of 40g & the 500ft of 38g I ordered like on their 25ft spool of 18g?View attachment 482516 Well anyway. This should be fun!
Wtf are you planning to do with 18 guage???

Why would you do that to your velocity!?? And in that last glow pic it looks like you have the hard short of the century and your deck is actually heated so hot that it's glowing lol.
