Nano coil inside of macro coil?
20140830_135400.jpg
Inside coil gets much hotter. Next time maybe more wraps for the nano.
Wicked outside of nano and inside of macro so it has a hollow "core".
0.7 ohms at 29 watts.
Definitely getting flavors ive never tasted from this juice. Continues to vaporize the juice after I let go of the fire button. Airflow is lacking to the center.
Was fun to build but I'm not sure I like it.
Helios clone on cana mod.
Any advice?

My last (I promise) revision of Wolverine 19 ML
1. All around Airflow holes are now 3.0mm (0.118")
2. New, SS Center Pin now has dual wire posts

At 0.347 Ohms and wide open Airflow - It, pretty much, became a Dripper. Direct lung inhale - No Problems.

You sir should design your own tank system. 18650 or 26650.
And are you taking orders for personal modifications?, tutorial vids, Lol

Thank you sir :toast:

I bought this thing for it's 19 Ml capacity. Then realized that it sucks. I just didn't want to throw it away, I had to fix it.

NR-R-NR with flat wire? Nice mod job.

Parts from a plume veil? How does the 19ml stand on top of a 26650 mech?

Edit: where did you get the ohm reader? Nice build if its diy!

I always do NR-R-NR with ribbon.

All the parts are made from the scratch, I don't even have Plume Veil.

I bought this Ohm reader at Smokecignals.com in New Orleans.

DIY? Hmmmm. I'd say...

Very nice. Does the ceramic on the center block help isolate the positive block?

Are there any advantage in NR-R-NR as opposed to straight resistance wire (outside of different builds and hot legs) as far as voltage/ wattage gains?

I don't know where to start... It is all about Efficiency.

How about this: When you plug in your iron, do you want the whole iron to heat up, including the power cord, or just the heating element of it?

Same idea is employed here. Only the heating wire that is wrapped around the wick is heating up and the leads, much like the power cord of the iron, stay cool.

You do not need to waste energy on heating up those "coil legs". Not to mention that it is much easier to put round wire into the post holes and non resistant wire makes better electrical connection too.

If you don't mind me asking where did you get your ohm meter? I've only seen 2 that read to the thousandth but couldn't find any for sale.

You can buy USA Ohm Meters directly from the mfg as well.

http://www.shop.usaohmmeters.com/

They are very nice. Cool colors and designs. Great construction. Silver 510 connector. Spot on with my Fluke.

However the first ohm meter I ever got, your typical black box that reads to the 100th, I got from ebay for $15, always reads about the same. I got lucky I guess.
