Is this the only person that has received their Prodigy so far?

Should be 4 of us with Tan Prodigys. Ive been rocking the 1 set of batteries all day and no change in vapor production yet. Ive got the 901 and the 801 adapters....Ive never liked the penstyle before and have always used the 901. The 801 is my favorite on this bad boy. Ganna save my 901 atomizers as backups.

I didnt know 5v could taste so good!

There were 4 tan ones i believe, so i know of just 2 out in the WILD. I am screwed because of the pass-thru thing. I am leaving for a camping trip, and it looks like im gonna get smokes, because i cannot go 4 days on 2 vk batteries and 1 901 :(.I would have gotten some other batteries, yet i thought the Prodigy was shipping Monday:(. No biggie, it will be a test to see how many i actually smoke.

That sucks bad. Do you have a PT you can hook up to rechargeable battery pack (I think you can pick up the latter at most electronics stores)?

The rest of us don't have a Prodigy yet, and must live vicariously through you for now, so please...the more detailed review, the better. It would be especially valuable if you could provide detailed comparison to the Screwdriver, GG, etc. (whatever you have).

Reign: since the PTs are apparently 5V, too, could you compare the Prodigy vape to what you get from a PT?

You've got to take a break from vaping sooner or later, right? :D (I know, I know...probably only when you go to sleep.)

Video review, anyone? (You can vape while you review it!)

You forgot about Frankly!

Im not too great at the review stuff so vague is all I know :)

Compared to the regular passthroughs, it kills them...A 2-3 second draw is more than a satisfactory hit... It throws a very nice throat shock each and every draw with minimal effort from you. I puff on it more like I had analog cigs than I ever did a regular e-cig. Primer puffs arent needed, you dont need to draw for 7+ seconds to get a good hit, and the large plume of vapor makes it hard to see someone stading right in front of you.

As far as the comparisons to the GG and Screwdriver, well, I havent used those. I can say my opinion on its looks is higher than my opinion that the GG or screw driver. I think the placement of the switch is excellent compared to what I have seen of those. The fact that it is made right here in the good ole' US of A makes it even better.

I would most definitely give the 801 a shot if you didn't already pick the adapter for it up because it is wonderful at 5v.

My liquid tastes a whole lot stronger of the flavors that I am using. Ive mainly been on cola, menthol, and a caramel blend...all taste better than they did with the old batteries.

Tescela, like I said, I suck at reviewing and thought someone else that got a Tan Prodigy was going to. And no, I cant take a break, This post was written with duck tape on my prodigy switch and the Prodigy hanging out of my mouth. :p

I hit him up, too, in the thread where he posted the photo comparison.

I want a Prodigy so bad I can taste it.

I definitely am going the 801 route. You had me at "hello." :D

How about a few USB recharger packs/power sources? And add a solar powered ro USB charger to recharge them? Really, you shouldn't need more than a single pack and perhaps 8 rechargeable AAs..or possibly 16 for the Prodigy, unsure of it's MaH..or just bring 3x or so prodigy batteries and you should be set for a weekend, no?

Do you take one drag an hour or something? That's some crazy battery life.

I dont know what the deal is...I've had it in my hand all day here at work and puffing like there is no tomorrow. Been waiting and expecting them to dwindle off all day. No complaints though. :)

Yeah, For me, the selling points are the cheap(money-wise) batteries that are easily obtainable, manufactured here in the good ole' USA, and backed by Puresmokers smokin' customer service. That outweighs any size issues right there. Then factor in the 5v configuration giving such an awesome hit, and the ability to change to a different atomizer simply by changing the adapter is awesome.

Soon, custom colors will be available making them even more unique(Steve! You can never re-manufature the Tan though! Thats just for us 4 special vapers right? :D)

I can fit the whole thing in my hand and still have room for peanuts and a pint glass! :p
