Steve, I turned in a ticket, but my switch just pooped out. I've tried different batteries & atomizers but no vapor.

You sure it is the switch? Try cleaning the threads on the bottom cap and end of the case. There seems to be quite a bit of residue from something on them that is non conductive.

unlucky FS what exactly has happened to the switch ?

I think it may be a faulty resistor. After I got a dead drag twice in a row, I swapped out batteries, and then a double dead drag again, then I swapped atomizers, same thing, another atomizer, same thing. Then I unscrewed everything and noticed the resister on the back of the switch was warm, reassembled and repeated all of the following over again.

It's bound to happen, you can't get that many resistors and not have one fail. Hopefully PS can send a replacement switch out and I'll be back in business. What I'm most upset about is that I like a dumb ... I only took the prodigy to work with me today. I should have known better...

I just got mine and looks like my batteries dont have enough charge in em yet. I did a quick 10 minute charge on a set and i'm getting a good throat hit the batteries are alittle weak at the moment.

One note my BE112 Atomizers dont work as in dont screw in it looks like the the center of the atomizer is out to far for the threads to catch.

Also I didnt get an atomizer in my package I'm gonna shoot u guys an email in a few.

Cant wait for my batteries to charge!

Frankly ... Assuming you sent in a ticket, I can shoot you a replacement housing/switch/resistor/etc...

I just hope there are replacement switches readily available.

There are :)

Haven't seen a faulty resistor yet, but its definitely bound to happen :)

You may have tapped TOO much on the adapter ... hehe ... Give it about 2 weeks for the spring and threads to break in and become smoother to assemble :)

First one I have seen Kit, so not sure. The resistors we have used locally have withstood alot and haven't had one pop yet! :)

Ok i'm learning how to use this better..I just got a good head rush..that hasnt happened in a long time lol....Anyways I'm learning i have to screw in the atomizer all the way in and then turn it back 1/4 or 1/2 turn for there to be a solid connection. Can someone else try there bestecig 801 atomizers to see if they fit..I'm glad i held off on buying 20 before it came. So far the generic and original atomizers work just fine although i like the generic better right now it gets HOT!

I must say i'm loving this thing!! Thanks for all the hard work from you and the staff!
