Can someone explain this line to me:

3. Do not allow the outer liquid coating on the outside of the atomizer device to come into contact with liquid nicotine.

I just got my prodigy and I don't see any outer liquid coating on the atomizer...

Sometimes atomizers are coated in a protective fluid, and sometimes they have less on them than others. You may not have any on yours at all by the time you get it just from us packaging it up. Don't really worry about that.
