My issue is I can't get any of my protanks to work on it. You have to have it so loose on the threads to get any airflow. I've tried all six of my protanks first and second gen ones with no luck. Had to go out and buy some I clear 30's for the time being which I'm not too fond of. Not too keen on using an adapter it kills the aesthetics. Guess my protanks will be stuck with my vamo v3 from now on.

Haven't had a single problem with any of my six Protank 2's on either one of my Provari's. Have heard many, many people complain about excessive airflow with their protanks on their Vamo's. Never had a problem with my PT2's on my Vamo V3. Seems like a lot of people like to complain about airflow. Maybe you people need to figure out how to suck properly!

best regards, larry mac

This issue can be avoided by not screwing the coil into the base tightly. It has been known to dramatically improve the airflow when used with a provari.

There are much nicer bases on the market with vastly improved airflow, that also sit flush-

And voicing an opinion makes you less than a "good person".

I have read many of these threads and always just read and let my "A" Team take care of buiness but....I have at say that I think it is ludicrous that a person will not buy a provari because of the few outspoken, telling the truth provarians, how damn silly is that!! Anyway, for what its worth, Provape has a product that is well made and well priced and it is the best thing since sliced bread, hahaha!!:p

My Provari should have come with a kayfun beauty ring. How could the geniuses at Provape NOT know that i would top her off with a Kayfun Lite???!

What IS that?
The only replacement ProTank base I've seen recommended is the Tatroe - is that what your is?
If so, I just never saw a closeup of the airflow cutout before...

Tatroe. Can't say enough good things about them. I'm guessing they are why my ProTank 2s don't suffer from some of the issues many seem to have. You can screw them down all the way and get great airflow, without the wheezy overly-airy draw the stock bases suffer from.

1. I did not knock the Provari. I could and I can find many flaws about the product, or better yet, reasons why it is not the right mod for me. Bottom line, what it does, it does not do any better than most of the devices out there. I have done comparisons and I have weighed all the pros and cons and in the end, I wound up getting several mechanical mods, batteries, and atomizers for what a Provari, and JUST the provari costs.

2. I only knocked a small % of the Provari population. If you do not fit in that description, it shouldn't bother you, but if you felt a need to respond, then you must be part of that %.

It's the Kayfun Lite...perfect little thing, if you ask me!

Your not the only one to say so. :)

It will be my vape gear for this month an also an IBTanked. :)

If all of my savings go according to plan.

What type of coil do you build at what ohms, how many wraps, gauge of wire, and cotton or silica?

What other pv/mod delivers the proven (measured) consistent power delivery that a ProVari offers? I've never heard of such a mythical creature.

I like to respond to falsehoods and ignorance.
