Getting treated:evil::evil::evil: like a no body!!! I have spent plenty with Steve and he won't give me a refund on a 129.00 order. Nor will respond to my email asking why it's going on a week and no pay Pal refund. I have opened a claim and still no response:evil::evil::evil::evil::evil::evil::evil::evil::evil:

I trust Steve and know he is sending my order ASAP as soon as the inventory is available, I knew as everyone else did it was PRE-ORDER on both the PV1 and PT , and on the juice he had a mad dash when he started selling again. So you say you have ordered plenty from Steve, well then whats the problem?
I'm afraid your on your own on this one bmuoio. Shame on you for not giving him a chance to help you before bashing on the fourm.

Exactly I had gotten upset when the 4 tan prodigys went out to other people before mine( I was real low in the #'s)and I even made a dumb post( too many Newcastles:oops:) but not flaming. The next day I sent Steve a pm explaining my discontent and an apology for the post and he got right back to me taking care of the situation. Then My juice order was wrong sent an email and bam new bottle on the way and He let me keep the wrong bottle even though I was just asking for a discount on a new bottle. All this was handled with emails and PM's and everything worked out for my benefit. Thanks Steve and Casey


Edit: plus paypal can take a couple days

You may have added additional waiting time to get your refund by opening a PayPal claim before allowing PS a reasonable amount of time to simply post it to your account.

I've had a few instances in the past with EBay purchases from other suppliers, that I was forced to open a PayPal claim to get a refund. I find that it takes PayPal a long time (3 weeks after the refund was posted to PayPal, in one case) to close out a claim and release the funds back to Me, the buyer.

You request a refund on Thur. and open a PayPal claim on Friday?!?!?
Now you will have to wait for PayPal to process and close the claim before releasing the funds back to your account.

As to being treated like a "Nobody"? You imply that having spent money with Steve in the past should somehow entitle You to an elevated status or have your order moved ahead of others?
You waited for several weeks (6-01) after the pre-order announcement (5-08) to place your "Pre-Order". And you seem to think that your past purchases from PS entitles you to have your order shipped prior to those who ordered weeks before you?!?! I Really don't see you applying alot of common sense in this assumption... How would it look to the hundreds of Us who had ordered prior to You if Steve had in fact shipped your order before ours?

Ya actually think Steve is going to risk 100's of PO'd customers simply to placate your impatience?!?!?

To quote an old Eagles lyric.... "Get Over It!" and yourself while yer at it.

Some people think the world OWES them everything! And get pissy when they didnt get it on a silver platter yesterday!

Hey Buddy, there is no way Steve treated you like a nobody. I PM him at 1 AM with a problem and he got back to me at 1:30 am to help me out!!! He doesnt seem like the type of guy to do any of what your claiming. Have a strong feeling there is a lot more to your story you didnt tell and frankly im not too interested. You bash one of the good guys in the business with a likely false claim. Not cool.

*Hey Everyone! Time for a quick update from the PS office!*

Ok, so we're waiting on a bunch of Prodigys. According to Steve, they should be coming in tomorrow evening, so Thursday hopefully many many happy people will be posting their tracking info :)

Today, I packaged a bunch of PT's to go out for tomorrow's mail. (sorry folks, but Steve is the only one who can do shipping labels and he's at the manufacturer today. Out of my hands)

I'm sure we'll be able to post more order #'s etc later, but I just wanted to keep ya'll updated so you'll stop blowing up my ticketing system ;-)

Back to stripping wires and cutting USB cables!

I was just giggling about your location = NashVegas.

Some might note Nashville for some music thing I think they have going on there, but in my mind, Nashville is notable for being home of the Prodigy.

Sort of like my husband was laughing at me for *not* knowing that Microsoft (home of Satan-Incarnate) was in Redmond, WA.
Again, in my little mind, the only thing Redmond should be known for is that it is the home of Irbit Motorworks of America--i.e. Ural motorcycles, for whom I am the parts distributor (out of Michigan).

We all have our little filters that we live through.

Guys, here's the update:

401 & 510 PTs/ Prodigy: We don't have the adapters for them. Sorry, but if you ordered one, you're going to still be waiting.

*ALSO if you ordered an 801/901 PT AND either 401 or 510 adapters, your order isn't going out until we get the adapters in. Please keep this in mind.

If you ordered either an 801 or 901 PT and your order number is between 16543 and 16715, your order is going out today. You haven't received a shipping confirmation yet because Steve isn't in the office all day to do it, but it is going to the post office this afternoon.

There is still no update on the Prodigy units right now. I haven't seen Steve in 2 days because he has been at the manufacturer and is gone before I get here, and gets back after I leave. As soon as we know something, you'll know.

For the moment, the main issue is this: We are packaging orders MUCH faster than the manufacturer can make them. This is mainly because the Prodigy is made of so many different components (roughly 9 pieces) and most of them need to be made in the same machine- and there's only one of those and these guys are the only ones that have it. That's why these things are taking a while and when we get them in, there's only 20-100 at a time.

Keep an eye out for any more updates, and I promise you as soon as I know anything, I post it to keep ya'll informed.

What about those who ordered 801/901 PRODIGY (not PT) AND 401 or 510 adapters? Can you ship the Prodigy alone? Or do we need to remove the adapters from the order? When do you expect the 510 adapters for Prodigy?
