Not sure if this is the best thread, but here goes.

I just placed an order with you for a few bits and pieces and was wanting to get a spare battery while I was at it. Unfortunately the web page won't let me select a colour, so I can't add one to my cart. The only option on the list is "First, select a color".

Same problem with the eJuice - no way top select strength/size/flavour so no way to order. I'm running Firefox on Windows if that matters, but looking at the page source it seems that the options just haven't been filled in.

Anyway, I managed to get up to the free shipping threshold so I'm ok for now (just so long as I get good batteries in the kit I ordered ...)

PureSmoker.com stays live 100% of the time. That means, when a product is out of stock, the option for it will disappear. Although the "In Stock" Status may still appear and say that it is, when options disappear, its actually not. Sorry this may be confusing for some, but its our only way to keep backorders to a minimum which in turn, allows clients to know what we have 100% of the time, so they know what they order will infact ship!

Thanks. I actually saw that, read it, and completely failed to understand it :oops:.

Must stop thinking like a user and start thinking like a coder. (Coder hat on) Ok, if the page is being generated dynamically it should be easy enough to add an "all out of stock" message, no? It would make me feel a little less dumb if nothing else.

This info is probably.. Somewhere, maybe.. But out of curiosity how often does PureSmoker get new stock?

Decided to get my first E-Cig from them, since most other places i've seen either don't ship to canada, cost way extra to ship to canada, or are unreliable lying buggerstubs. So PS seems the safest bet..

My only problem now is PayPal is a slow jerk, and it's taken a week for it to get the money out of my bank account (will supposedly be there tomorrow sometime), which i was fine with since PS just restocked the other day. Except that now, everything I wanted to order, from the starter kit, to juices, to miscellaneous crap, is all freshly out of stock again.

Question is do they restock often, meaning i should just wait a bit more. Or is it going to be a week+ til they restock again, meaning i should bite the bullet and order my first load of stuff from somewhere less reliable?

Normally you place the order THEN Puresmoker takes you to the Paypal screen so he should have secured your order.

UNLESS you haven't created the order and your waiting for funds to hit your paypal account. (sorry not sure if I understood your post) If this is the case then you are SOL. But normally Steve isn't out of stock for more than a couple weeks at most.

Yea, the PureSmoker site seems to get hounded with orders really fast. Just placed my first order with them earlier today (was one of the few refreshing the pages constantly while waiting for the items to get back in stock), and I actually had to place my order from my G1 while on my way to work to make sure the order was secured.

But with all the rave about this site, I can see why they get tons of orders, and I'm hoping the new facility and employee additions will keep things rolling smoother. All-in-all I'm looking forward to this order, and hopefully more from these guys. *Awaits a smooth-sailing order to keep this e-cig journey going*

Same here,i want the camel,been waiting about 3 weeks now,have a pretty big order i want to place but only parts of my order are in at the same time.I waited till the cash juice was in,now the black and stainless atomizers i want are out of stock,i just cant win here,,:cry:,,,,,,I quit E-cigs and went back to analogs till this mess gets straightened out.

Wow,way fast response Steve!!,,,I can only imagine the stress you guys there are under with what goes on in this business right now.Long hours,not knowing what will happen to your next shipment from China.Then the not knowing if the carpet will be pulled out from under your feet one day without notice.I'll keep my eye on your site and wait till everything i want is in stock,then order a years supply,rflmao!,,you sell that juice stuff in gallon jugs?,hehe,,,,,Keep up the good work,!!!!:thumb:

That means he is out. He has some cash e juice at the moment. You did use the coupon for the %5 off? I ordered two pilots last week, have them now. I have a lot of gear but have been stockpiling a bit as I keep feeling this is all just too good. I can't believe I'm not smoking tobacco! Amazing!

This is madness. But it's fun :)

Hi everyone. This is my first post, but I have been lurking here for almost two weeks now, doing research, reading informative threads, etc.

I have decided on what I want to order for my first eCig, and that I want to order it from Steve at PureSmoker.com. However, I see some conflicting information that I was hoping someone (Steve?) could clarify for me.

You've mentioned here on the forums and on your website that there would be a large stock update this week. I believe the final "this will be the day" update was for today. However, when I went to go order what I was planning to buy, it seems you're out of stock because I don't have any options on the drop-downs. I was holding out, hoping that you would stock up on a few additional pieces of equipment I was hoping to acquire.

Is what I'm seeing on the website today the current situation (after the replenished stock) or has the new inventory not yet been published?

If you're curious to know what I'm interested in, I'm hoping to buy:

- DSE901 Black w/ Blue LED Starter Kit
- USB Pass-through battery
- Extra atomizer (or two) -- black
- Sampler pack of CaSH Liquid

All of these items appear to be out of stock. Will this change today (if I am looking at old info) or has the surge of inventory already come and gone?
