Ah well, I'll still get one. I just hate being locked into one type of carto. Guess I'll go look around for an adapter unless you guys already know that there isn't one.

I did come across a 510 adapter for these on a german site but nothing stateside yet. I'm sure they'll be out.

well on these c8 v3's, the one out of 5 that i have been using, probably 20+ tanks so far, still about the same. on 3.5 volts, its usable, have to blow in it a lot to not get all dry hits. wouldn't recommend these for mainstream for sure.

I have given up on my two stallions. No matter what I do I always get a taste that does not suit me. Not sure what it is but I don't get that taste on anything else I have. If anyone wants the parts let me know.

Well, I am glad to be part of this program. Glad to see a company that has the business guts with this type of forward thinking. I made my first order this evening, and I ordered at least 1 of everything. Now I have to be patient and wait for the package to arrive. Can't wait to try the new products!!!!

I'm still having decent luck with the first one, but the second one I loaded up today is taking a lot of nursing to avoid dry hits. I loe the design but I am also concerned about consistency here.

There was a question a few days ago about DOA alpha products and re-orders, particularly about the CE5, since it was limited to one per customer. I was just curious if those of us who got DOA units would be able to order another to properly test. Honestly, I didn't even think about asking the question until it was asked by someone else, I was planning on just ordering another one. I didn't think that it might no be kosher. Anyhoo...was this question answered? If it is not kosher, so be it, this program is designed to serve a purpose, and whichever answer best serves that purpose, I am down with it.

you can order more, that isnt a issue at all, but there are no warranties of any kind on alpha products , we apologize about this but thats the rules and thats one of the ways we can keep alpha prices at the insane prices they are.

also, while im not in here posting all day in alpha, im watching all the time, pc, tablet, laptop, phone all fired up always. and already have sent info for future fixes, a new rocket is being worked on or re visioning of it i should say, the ce5 info and pics has been sent for new tubes and the passthrough info as well.

yes but some of them where hand made, i made about ten many months ago, i think daniel still has it, sticking a 510 connection into a head was easy to do and cool too. lol but if they make them in 510 now ill find it and get them

i did find a 808 elip adapter, now for the 510

How safe do you think the mini VV ego PT is for a PC usb?
How long is the cord?

I don't know if this is feasible(probably not) but maybe on the more expensive items, they could be tested once just to make sure they are working?

The cord is around 4'

It will depend on what the PC supports on it's USB ports ... If it doesn't provide at least 1.5A, then no, I wouldn't recommend it, use a USB power supply instead

Hi all Updates on my stuffs

CE5 ...after I clear this tank I've ran 12 mls thru it ,still just puffin' away ...have seen a few drops in batt connector & I could hear it gurgle each time, no big leaks yet ....still lovin' it ...gettin' kinda dirty tasting now & then ...so I will attempt cleaning soon I think .

C8's ... I cleaned these the other day
...V1 got the bottom off & dry burned etc, was lookin' down in there & coil was pushed way to one side, so I pulled it back to center & guess what it has NOT dumped since, even full overnight standing straight up !!Great flavor out of this one!
...V3 could NOT get this one apart so just rinsed & dry burned, still workin' good, just NOT as tasty as V1.

Rocket ...hangin in there, not using much,expecting these carto's to leak.

Sadly my NOOK Karma (was talkin'BAD about it) has bit me in the .... !
It died last night ...just POOF quit workin'!14 months old (12m warr) read 4 books maybe
WISH it was a e-cig so I knew what to DO to IT

What's wrong with your Nook? I'm guessing it won't turn on. Try this, I found it on the Nook support forum regarding tablets that won't power on:

Press and hold the power and the home key "n" at the same time for around 20 seconds. If that doesn't work, try to plug it into your computer using the usb cord.

There's some way to reset it to factory conditions, too. I didn't see instructions, though.
