Arroz con LecheI do not know if I can help. Tell me a little bit about the arroz con leche — brands/flavors used, percents, how long steeped? How long did you steep Mango Blossom Macaron and did you deviate from the recipe?

Eight-day steep.
I didn't stray from the Mango Flower Macaron recipe and steeped it eight days, as it instructed. I couldn't taste the bakery component or, as I said, the almond.
You are very kind. I ordered four more bridgeless attys from AV before I persuaded myself to buy the Berserker(ish), but it would be interesting to see whether the mesh bridge would communicate flavors better.I have a big stash of various atomizers for my golden oldy moldy years when I can't build
I got them from Avid Vapor, upon the recommendation of @Baditude, when I was wondering how to test flavors in my introductory thread. He said bridgeless atomizers would suit my purposes better than bridged. Which leads me to . . lI tried some years ago before rtas were a thing. I didn’t know you could still get them.
or even install prewound coils, or I maybe run run out of drop-ins. Have bought them in "lots" mostly, when vendors were blowing them out on Clearance. Quite a few are the little shorty, cigalike diameter, 510 ones, but most are the joyetech eGo Mega Cone Shaped ones and Cylinder shaped ones. Only a few are bridgeless and the rest have the mesh bridge in them. They work well enough for me, to help with tweaking a recipe, when doing the 100DTT using them.
If you get the Berserker and it doesn't work out for you, I'll gladly send you some of the bridged atomizers. Maybe they'd work better for you than the bridgeless.
Oops...It just dawned on me, IIRC you ordered the Berserker from FT. So if you'd like to try some while waiting for it to arrive, I can go ahead and send some on Friday.
I just topped off my Dinner Lady Rice Pudding tank with my Arroz con Leche and my DL Lemon Tart with the Vaperol Spritz. The latter tastes like Orange Crush, it's too sweet, but I like it. When I bump up the bitter and boozy/sour, I'll like it even more (cutting the sweetness will have to wait till I mix the recipe again). The Rice Pudding tank was less empty (the other was really low), so the DL is still dominant. I'll find out soon enough how my version compares. Either way, I'm getting masses more flavor from my Zeniths than the bridgeless atomizers yielded.
Your Cheesecake Base #2 smells delicious, @FranC. First time I've really caught bakery notes from sniffing a juice.
