I got some trimming done on our maple tree. It’s so hot out already that I soaked my shirt through.

I’m going to get a tank ready and try the lemon custard recipe later. I might look through my screenshots and see what else I might want to mix.

I have auto pay accounts so that doesn't work for me. At least BOA is good about this stuff. I will have a new card by Monday.

The other reason is I like getting cash back on my preferred card.
Auto pay and cash back still works. I use my real cc number for my bills. I use the virtual number for online purchases since I think that is where the fraud happens. Virtual ties in to my real card.

Alabama’s Covid cases are skyrocketing. Dad wants to host the 4th tomorrow. Mom is mad. I’m concerned. He even went grocery shopping! He thinks his mask will protect him. He won’t listen to me. I told Mom we’ll come but I don’t want to and we will sit in the other room while we eat still in view of them. People are getting lax, if they even cared to begin with. My boss went fishing in Florida on a chartered boat. People living without a care in the world about this virus. I’m remaining vigilant. This stuff scares me. When I go back to work I’m holing myself up in my office and staying away from them.

I can’t get going today, just no energy. I guess I need to force myself to get up and do something. I’d like to mix that ry4 cream but I don’t have the yes we cheesecake yet but I did order it. Can I substitute with any old cheesecake?
My fav cheesecakes are TFA and CAP

I hear you. Missouri is holding steady for now, but I see more and more people out and about without masks at places like the grocery store and Walgreens. We have a family wedding going on in a week and I am not going to be attending. The bad thing is, we have a lot of older people in my family flying in from places like Florida for this wedding. I am just crossing my fingers and hoping they try to be a safe a possible.

I used cap ny cheesecake and dry burned and rewicked. This RY4 cream is really good. My coils get nasty in less than a week it seems. Yuck. I’m loving this mix. I could see this one being addictive like the aged bourbon cream that I love.

My parents are in their 80s and dad just had a heart attack with a stent put in and mom still smokes and can barely breathe without coughing. This virus would kill them. Gatherings whether it be family or bars or parties are where this stuff is spreading. And my brothers and their families never wear masks and they go everywhere and they don’t care. If they all show up tomorrow we are leaving.

My father my father right around that age and not in the best of health, my mother is healthy but in her 60s. Thankfully they also decided against going to the wedding. In fact I am the one running most errands generally. In fact I am pretty much the only person to have been over to my parent's house in the last 4 months just so they can have limited risk.

That is the reason I am so cautious. I am not worried about getting sick myself, I am healthy and have no risk factors like age or previous conditions to worry about. I am worried about getting my at-risk family members sick.

Same here...my son and I have been doing the shopping for my parents for months so they wouldn’t have to get out. We even clean all the groceries for them out on the deck. When I told my son his Papaw went to the store my son said doesn’t he know that is our job. My brothers go over there with no masks. Just selfishness and without a care for our parents. If they all come over tomorrow, biting my lip is over and I will say something to them all. Mom is terrified and doesn’t want to have the fourth. Me either.

My wife’s best friend invited us over for the 4th as well as some other people. I told my wife today that I don’t feel comfortable going over not knowing who’s going to be there. The dog will be freaked out from the fireworks so I’ll stay home and keep her company. Mine is the only income for our household and it’s not worth taking a chance just to drink a couple beers and play some games. My wife was understanding surprisingly.

I’m glad you like it. It’s been a regular for me since I found the recipe.

I had a cc fraud and pretty sure it happened while trying to order from Walmart.

Was it from online ordering? The husband scared me enough about that to the point I would not do it. (From Walmart, missing gross items, compromised credit card.)

AZ is wearing more masks, generally, but the rates are going up pretty high here. But SEE they have a "Test everyone" thing going like crazy and I think it's showing up people who may have had it. IDK. I have seen some pretty useless masks, and it's potentially true my MAXI PAD (it was no pantyliner I am telling you) was not a good mask. Although it was the one I could least breathe through which was encouraging.

I hate how COVID and social unrest, and difficult times is like, disturbing us all. It is very depressing. I wish they'd just get a handle on this stupid thing. I really wasn't like happy with how sick I got and I was probably "medium" at best.

IDK I am glad I am not stamped with the "Covid" label but I (and my five docs) remain pretty convinced I had it. I don't know if I posted but the T-cell theory is interesting. Been reading up. Bouncing back on a time frame is NO fun. I am gonna get up fairly soon here bathe, and do my yoga EARLY so I can chill later, or coax the husband into the garage. He doesn't want to go, and I don't blame him. For one, I think "Bad Santa" might be out there. It's pretty Steven King- ish. I mean it is "listed" as a one garage area but you would NEVER put your car in there. You get two inches on each side. Plus the door is really terrifying. Like it could crumble into dust any time you open it. I don't think it should be counted as a "garage" in the listing but it was. I said to the guy, "Okay maybe that's a garage for a Model T IDK."

Bad Santa is this Santa my mom bought and as the only grand-child owner (then) I think she gifted me her Christmas tree ornaments. I have no clue why I was the kid who broke the most. I think some may be worth something they are old and from Germany.

But, the box also had "Bad Santa" in there, the "Statue" that was utterly terrifying. It has all this HAIR like realistic maybe HUMAN hair and it is just, well..... WRONG. We were all like "Mom what have you DONE?" I think it had teeth even and me and my siblings would strategically "Place" it places to "find" like outside your door when first waking up, on the side of the bathtub strategically hidden by the shower curtain. We had a lot of fun with "Bad Santa" I may have sent it to my sister. IDK though, her son might just look at it,, then set it on fire and her OLDER daughter is in Seattle now, PROTSTING police brutality and black rights and whatnot, etc. I finally chilled her out by reminding her I lived and worked in East Baltimore when it was the murder capital of the world, and I lived in a, oh 95% black neighborhood with bodies routinely dumped in the park I took my kid to in the daytime. I was not frightened, other than I kind of hoped we didn't go too early and be the ones who "discovered it' but we weren't. I was like "YES. The plight of the black person sucks in this society T, but guess what, even the guy with HIV and one ARM and a criminal record longer than his arm, he got shot for his shoes as a kid, he firmly reported, and back then I wasn't sure, I didn't believe things like that happened but SOMETHING did. In any case, he was given his chance to recover and he did. He would come to the program every DAY with kids throwing rocks at him and past all his dealers. He had the best sobriety I ever met, and when I asked him how he did it, he said, "You know, it's home." He asked me to come tell my very comparatively tame story and so I so did it (I wore cheap shoes that day, though" and it was super interesting. He got on his feet, working in the end, and living on his own. ANYONE can do it, it's a God thing, I do not KNOW. But, it happens.

So, people have chances. Except RIOTING doesn't help. I hated the Autonomous Zone the entire time and it should have been condemned not celebrated. Dude. Sorry, political moment for the day.. My husband just informed me we owe 5K in taxes and I was like, "Jesus is the bleeding ever gonna end?" It may be time to visit the food pantry (single, I should add) I am a little terrified of going in after driving past.. It may be a cannibal's lair.

    Anna

I told my sis she was NUTZ and like the worst parent ever and she was all like "no, no really it's such GENTLE protest and well everyone is so kind!"

I was like, "You just wait until the autonomous zone runs out of resources, even ANTIFA cannot live on "WHOLE, ENTIRE cheesecakes" (that remains my favorite journalistic sentence of all time, LOL) ALONE.

I am so glad I got proven right. I mean, I hate my cynical nature and I hate that I know that stuff is bad and I want to gently like be nice to my poor, blue sis who seems to want her daughter to be a freaking commie, but like, It took EVERYTHING I had to NOT text, "So, whatcha think of the autonomous zone NOW."

LOL libs you got to gently allow them to be libs. If you aren't a liberal until IDK at LEAST your late 20s you don't have a hear. If you aren't a conservative by 40 you don't have a brain. I think that's kinda how the saying goes but I was like ,"Sis, you should not let your daughter to support RIOTING. I mean, would you support SHOPLIFTING? It's just the same thing with MORE VIOLENCE AND WRONG WHAT IS YOUR DEAL."

We had to agree to disagree, thank GOD I had a bunch of HR questions to ask her in a lawyerly fashion so we could move on to other topics.
Sorry to get so political we just found out we owe taxes. I may have filled up WHOLE text box. Oh well, yoga soon
