Haven't found much I wouldn't pair kiwi with.
Well, that's good to hear.:) Cheesecakes are my standbys cause I can control the sweetness. I'll try a Kiwi cheesecake first. See if I can work up a recipe soon.

Yes I am and though I can't taste the fruits in it yet,I find it quite refreshing.

I made several versions of the Gin Breeze and am not sure I ever made one with VTA Sugarloaf Pineapple. I think I meant to switch from Inawera to VTA on at least one version but never did. I am vaping the one that is closest to the recipe I gave you. I made this one on 5/27.

    Gin (FA) 2.25%
    Grapefruit (FA) 1.75%
Lime Tahity (Cold Pressed) (FA) 0.50%
    Lime Tahity (Distilled) (FA) 0.25%
    Pineapple (INAWERA)0.5%
    Pomegranate (FA) 2.25%
    WS-23 .75%

The gin is the dominant flavor, along with the chill of the WS-23. I am not getting much grapefruit or pomegranate and can't taste the pineapple at all. If I made this again, I would lower the % of the gin unless someone really, really likes that juniper berry flavor. Personally, I much prefer the Sea Breeze juice and the Hawaiian Bay Breeze juice that I made on 5/29. I used VTA Russian Vodka in both of those and we all pretty much agree that there is not much flavor in the VTA Russian Vodka. I will make up testers of those two Breezes with FA Gin and see what that does to the flavor.

I'm glad to hear I'm not crazy for not tasting the fruits in this. I like the cool hit from the WS=23. I'll have to use it in more recipes. I'm also going to mix the Fizzy gin breeze again with less of the gin and up the fruit a bit I think. I didn't mix the Bay Breeze but I do have the Sea Breeze with vodka mixed. Haven't tried it yet.

I have written myself a note to try the Fizzy Sea Breeze tomorrow.

Let me know what you think of it. It is a recipe that I actually developed myself, based on the cocktail. Most of my recipes started out as someone else's that I modify to suit my taste. I did that one and the Bay Breeze all by myself. :)

If you have a recipe please give it up....LOL. I just add the graham.
Just add 5-7% kiwi to your base. Add 2-3% strawberry if you want a softer fruit note. I use Fa sb ripe 2.5% + INW 1-2%, I use 7% kiwi. Like it fruit forward and the cheesecake is just a base to build on.

I still haven’t played with my Purilum NY cheesecake and RF cream cheese so I'm guessing that my cheesecake base recipe may change. Plus now I have the yogurts to play with now too. My OG cheesecake was FW cheesecake, LA cci, and various creams.
I've been wanting to try a couple drops of the Brie Cheese in a cheesecake but haven't got to that yet.
