I don't know what to suggest.@IDJoel You suggested I pick a flavor I'm familiar with. I have a problem with picking a flavor because all my usual flavors are used in mixes. Suggestion?

I would look for any single flavor...
that you feel confident in its profile/profile contribution...
It doesn't need to be a "stand-alone" flavor; but it shouldn't be something you find unpleasant...
Perhaps something that you use in multiple recipes (like your cheesecakes). I recall you mentioning a raspberry cheese cake. The raspberry might work. You have a positive relationship with some of the lemons. Any of those you find have a sweet note; but would be willing to try vaping as a single flavor? I believe most limes are not your friend; but is there any of those you liked, but just found too sweet (not outrageously sweet; just not your cup of tea). It doesn't even have to be a fruit concentrate; it just has to be familiar, tolerable, and have some sweetness.
using a multi-concentrate recipe would work too... if you are more comfortable with that idea. You just want to mix all testers the same.
Whatever concentrate(s) you decide to use, I would do three things:
-- make sure they all have the same percentage of flavoring.
-- make one extra tester, exactly the way you would make it if you were making a regular batch (using your normal PG/VG/nic/flavoring(s) percentages). This will be your baseline; and help to identify if any perceived change is from the various base experiments, or day-to-day taste bud changes.
-- when vaping your testers; try to make your hardware as identical as possible, to rule out hardware influences to the flavor.
Sorry for being so wishy-washy; but that is about as decisive as I can be for another person.
