So I recently realized I have four flavor concentrates that are all prefixed Pink.
And I wondered.... what would happen if I mixed all of these together???
Psychedelic Pink
FW Pink Champagne 4.00%
FLV Pink Guava 0.25%
INW Pink Panther 0.15%
MB Pink Lady 2.75%
CAP Super Sweet 0.25%
The result was a light fruity very-perfect-for-summer vape!
Flavor Notes:
Flavor West Pink Champagne: a sweet light fruity champagne flavour, very much like its real life counterpart. At 4% it's doing a lot of the heavy lifting in this recipe and that's what I was aiming for. It's such a great flavor to add fruits to I figured it should stand mostly in the forefront of this recipe.
Flavorah Pink Guava: an odd duck to be sure, for me anyway. Turns out all the scuttlebutt about this flavor is true. It's mostly a grapefruit flavor, not bad but for me not a lot of applications as I mostly live my DIY life mixing creams, custards and other dessert flavors. It's incredibly strong so at 0.25% it's noticeable but not intrusive.
Inawera Pink Panther: another odd duck kind of flavor for me. I've commented before that this is a flavor that you're either going to love or you're going to hate. Mostly tart red currant with a back note of rhubarb and maybe a touch of strawberry. I like it but it doesn't really pair well with creams/desserts so it's not something that I use often. Like the FLV Pink Guava it's very concentrated and used as a background note so at only 0.15% I still get some red currant but again, it's not intrusive.
Molinberry Pink Lady: so here is a flavor that is described as "a combination of floral & fruit notes: rose, hibiscus, maracuja and guava". Turns out it pairs very nicely with FLV Pink Guava as it gives more depth to the grapefruitiness of that. Yet, it is slightly sweet and floral without being too floral which I find off-putting. This is a new flavor in my arsenal so I don't have a ton of experience with it yet but this is a great start me thinks.
Capella Super Sweet: at 0.25% this additive helps to cut the tartness. If you like tart, feel free to omit.
Age this mix for 24 hours then enjoy.
YMMV
