I’ve decided that if I wait to organize my vape cabinet until I feel like doing it all at once then it’s never going to happen. I went through a treasure chest type box that I hadn’t opened forever and there was a bunch of old vendors juices and some 510 atties and cartomizers. I threw out a bunch of it and moved my nets into it. I’m still trying to think of a good system for organizing mixed recipes so I can see what’s in them without moving a bunch of stuff.
Shouldn’t throw that stuff out, hitt. There’s folks on this forum that love their carto tanks and can’t find cartos anymore

Maybe good idea to leave a couple batteries also?
I’m not in town more than once quarterly these days. I used to keep more vape gear in my room when I was there every 6 weeks. Usually now we meet at the lake, and a couple of battery boxes are easy enough to take with me. I keep full sets of clothes, shoes, hair/medicine cabinet stuff etc at both places, so packing is really pretty easy. If I could convince myself I don’t need to take a pile of mods to take with me, I’d be good lol.

Get the lead out Lazy Bones!

I just started in on my tweaked Strawberry Biscuit this morning. It's a month old and I noticed the cheesecake has simmered down a bit. Liking it! I still think I need to lower the wick on the biscuit and cereal though. I only have 0.5% biscuit and 0.6% cereal so I'm surprised they still have as strong a presence as I'm getting. I'm not a huge cakey person (I include those two in that broad category...grain-based stuff). Like them a lot but only in a very minor role. I might cut back some more on them next time. Still enjoying it as is though. I'm still not sure how much I like cheescake either. I'm trying another recipe with custard and no cheesecake so I'll see how that plays out.
Many (if not most) cookies/biscuits use AP to get that flavor, and I truly hate it, that popcorn taste. Probably a trace is ok, but any obvious goes down the drain.

Thanks for pointing out this oversight. I always list the name of the person who posted the recipe and try also to note the creator if it wasn't the poster. Missed this one.

I'm happy to report that I like my weird grapefruit/mint/absinthe mix. It needs more absinthe and mint, though.

Blanched and froze five pounds of brussels sprouts today, using my new vacuum sealer for the first time. It was frustrating at first, because it kept tripping the GFI in the kitchen. All went well when I moved into the living room, thank heaven. Tomorrow it's either turnip and rutabaga or carrots. With the kale, arugula, and mustard greens I've already put up and the big bags of peas and corn I bought, my freezer will soon be stocked with enough vegetables to see me through the winter. It's going to be scary in a couple of weeks when I get the stuff I use in my smoothie, though: my freezer is already groaning.

    How's that for DIY talk?
vacuum sealers are great, once you get a hang of it. never a freezer burn!

Oba Oba is an Italian candy. It is marshmallow-like but creamier and brighter than marshmallow. With fruits, it brightens and adds a creamy mouthfeel. With yogurt, it kicks up the tartness and adds a silky texture. WS-23 is a flavorless coolant.

I know you don't like recipes with more than 4 or 5 ingredients but I find that with fruits, sometimes you need to layer two or three of the same fruit from different vendors to get the perfect flavor.
    I'm Italian/American, and loved candies as a kid, and it's not one I ever heard of. I think it's a made-up flavor.

I go to Walmart once a week, like any normal human. I mean, I guess I could go every other month, but you know, milk, expiration dates, etc. Plus I don't think they always have double the amount of things i want out.

It's really fine. Everyone in Douglas is really polite because it's all 10 degrees of separation from Kevin Bacon or whomever. I forget.

Eveyrone knows each other. They have a decent selection and you aren't allowed to buy more than 6 gallons of milk to bring back to Mexico. They actually have a lot of east Coast brands for some reason (Mexico? Got no clue.) But, I have no complaints about my friendly neighborhood market, although I will say closing the GARDEN cener for Christmas stuff and ornamentts seems a bit.... IDK maybe they all do it. I only observe in petri sized dishes and this is why I LOVE this town so much. I was eyeyin ti dispassionately the other day and I was like "Yeah I am nuts to live here." Then I went, "What's new."

    it's so great though!

Oh, it is totally a made-up name that is supposed to be some Italian confectionery treat. IDK which one. Is there a cream soda flavored Italian candy?

I always thought it was some sort of additive. Sounded really sweet so I never got it.

Its sweetness is comparable to marshmallow.
