That was nice of him. I heard a lot of complaints about slow shipping from them but I’ve never really had a problem. Never needed to contact them for anything either.

I got sft of my new stixx mixed. While looking through some other stuff that is steeping, I found a bottle of cherry cavendish that is steeped and ready to try. I forgot I got it from gremlin or somewhere. Anyway, now I have two bottles of it. I hope I like it.

I have made several orders from Nic Riv (River Supply) and never had issues (and I'm in CA) then one order took forever to even get shipped out... I e-mailed and .....ed and it finally was sent out. Looking back at my previous orders, I see it was my fault (checked "pick up in store" by mistake) It was only three flavor bottles and I was surprised it showed free shipping... now I know why. Very happy with them and customer service... they sipped it anyway (for free) even though I screwed up.

Just to clarify--NR doesn't carry SM anymore. I did this a year or two back, when they did. On that stuff, I ordered from NR even though Ty ships it himself if you want. He told me he didn't care which one I ordered from. I did NR, because I thought it might help him with exposure. But anyway, even though the leak was in NR product, Ty resent me an order himself from SM, even though I wasn't asking for anything from either.

But NR has always been fine for me, too.

If a flavor leaks during shipping, you don't want it to be FLV Brie. Smells like an old dish rag.

Good day DIYers! I hope everyone is doing well. I didn’t get a chance to mix over the weekend but I have today off and am going to mix @PJReid ‘s Creamy Pillow Mint, a recipe which sounds right up my alley. I also plan on mixing several peach SFTs.
I am wondering: do you all have something you use to clear your palate after each SFT? Should I smell coffee in between each taste?

I hope you like it as much as I do. Many thanks to @vaper1960 for turning me onto Butter Mint. I mixed the first batch with FLV Cream and the second batch with VT Sweet Cream. FLV Cream is actually sweeter than VT Sweet Cream but it still tastes great. I plan to mix a batch tomorrow with FA Whipped Cream. Something tells me that just might be a great combination. I mixed a recipe from Stixx's website using Kona Coffee which is named Kona Cream, but it's still fresh, so haven't tasted it yet.

ok. So I've tried it now in a Kabuki and it's not bad, but kinda bland. But, the Kabuki (using an Aspire coil) has been less flavorful for me recently, compared to the Berserker or even the Zlide. So, the jury is still out for me.

Sheesh! I wanted to add a little Cinnamon Red Hot to my Caramel Apple Tobacco. Not to taste it but to add that iddy biddy little sting that goes with apple so well. I used 0.25% and it took over the juice. That stuff is potent! I can't even measure out 0.25% in a 5 ml recipe. It's like a half a drop. So I just smeared a little on the inside of the bottle lip. The only way I can add less is by either mixing 20mls or cutting that red hot with some PG. I think I'll do the latter. The nerve!

I've always found cinnamon vapes to be very irritating, except for one: cinnamon sugar cookie from NET.com. Clay suggested it to me and I told him the same thing, and he sent me a sample (way back when it was legal) and it was great.

I've mentioned this before.. FA cinnamon ceylon. Very mild, more "spicy" than "red-hots" flavor. I add a little to other flavors like french toast and apple pie (that even in cooking I like a bit more cinnamon than most people)

If you can figure out how to sleepwalk mix, you won't notice the steep time so much. Only.... I can only IMAGINE what sleepwalk mixes would taste like, steeped or unsteeped, but well, there is only ONE way to find out. LOL.

I don't mind steeping if I think it will have a good payoff. Well, I mind it less.

Best way to steep is to have enough stuff already steeped.

I'm not worried. Really ripe brie smells pretty rank, too, but it sure tastes delicious.

Sometimes. I use the mascarpone cheese also. I have the Ha Italian Cream and it’s good but the first two are more cheesy. I use the Mascarpone the most I think.
