As I live with my daughter all my stash is in my room and I don’t have the room to collect many empty bottles so I clean pretty regularly
Limited room for your stash may be actually good. I almost wish I didn’t have my own room because I feel I’d be less messy with a smaller space. As it is right now, the major mess in there, with boxes strewn about making it hard to negative really affects my ability to be productive. But I’m so daunted by the clean up; it seems like it’s as though I’m emptying a lake with a spoon!
Don’t make a big job of it. Do a little each day and you’ll get there.
I had to mix some more lemon blueberry cake so I went ahead and mixed a small bottle of the bittersweet cheesecake to steep.
I was looking for something else and found another box of miscellaneous tanks. I really need an inventory. I keep thinking about it but so far have been able to procrastinate through those thoughts.
Cool. Hope it’s not too tart for you. Might want to cut down a tad on the plain cheesecake. I used more when I first mixed the recipe. After awhile I didn’t want it bitter just a bit tart. There is little to no sweetness
Someone recently posted about it and said it was horrible... but if you must I suggest mixing it with caramel and cinnamon (it's great in real life on toast under the broiler)
Good morning mixers. I started try the sft of the condensed milk and definitely wouldn’t call it horrible. It’s a slightly sweet cream with nice mouth feel so far. I mixed at 4%. I’ll try some more tonight.

After reading your comment I proceeded to just work on the empty boxes and guess what? That made a difference. Doing a little at a time is way less daunting!
Looked over my recipes and checked my mixed stuff and Very Berry Cheesecake is up for remix. It's not new so it should be in Zazie's blog.

I woke this morning and my wife was asleep on the couch. I'm pretty sure she wasn't mad at me last night when I went to bed so figured she must be sick. I was right. It kind of sounds like flu symptoms. Body ache and low fever. I set up a tray table for her with water, crackers, medicine and a phone before I left. I told her to call me if she needs to go to see a doctor and I'll come home and get her.

Very Berry Cheesecake Mixed. One more 30ml mix and my bottle of Cheesecake Base will be empty and I'll have to mix more for such emergencies.
