I was so sad when I heard she'd died. She gave me my first taste of the generosity of people here, by giving me my first taste of Custard Premium, as well as three other flavors. 30mls' worth of each. It was gloriously kind of her.
She was a very kind person. We hung out a bit in California. Vape meets and stuff. She met my daughter and later when my daughter went to rehab she constantly sent her juice and enough juice to share with others in there

I found it! Sounds like it was Mini who brought the recipe here from a friend who didn't put percentages on his recipes, so I think the percentages must be hers. Regardless, I think I'll make it. It sounds really good to me and it's a nice way to honor our friend Mini! The post below was Skeebo's and at the bottom was the response from Mini.

I've done quite a few new mixes. One of them that I am most curious about is a gingerbread ice cream sandwich recipe I mixed. I don't know who posted this recipe originally.... I thought it might be @NotSoMini , apologies if I am mistaken. I switched it up a bit due to my inventory:

Biscuit INW 1.5
Gingerbread extra ginger TPA 4
Graham Cracker CAP 2
Meringue TPA .75
Sweetener TPA .50
VBIC CAP 3.5
Vanilla Swirl 3

It looks tasty on paper!

I've been playing around with my graham cracker flavors quite a bit. Do any of you have a favorite(s)? I have about 6 or 7 different ones, all the ones I read were popular. So far the one that I find surprisingly authentic is by Flavor West. It most likely has to do with my percentage use, it's still a work in progress.
Tis me. This was done by a friend before I ever started mixing. I use to buy a few juices from a vendor by the name of Daddy Pig Smoke. At the time he would list all the brands/flavors for each juice however without percentages and eventually he deleted this information. I friend took this on as a challenge. This brands and flavors are authentic to the original juice and it is just a matter of figuring out the correct percentages.
The recipe came from that company with a strange name, I think it was in Europe somewhere and it had the word PIG in it. He listed all ingredients but not percentages

We are gonna! It's the coolest place in Douglas.

    Here's a link: The Gadsden

It's ancient and when Douglas was booming it has stained glass ceilings and tons of Italian Marble. It is a super neat place really and not only that, their food is good. Relatively inexpensive for what you get.

Crud I should get ready soon.
    Looks like a neat place

Just for the record this is the recipe that I have saved of Pats Gingerbread Ice Cream Sandwich. We made it together in Burbank when she first got her scale and I was using syringes. Either she tweaked it and changed it or something got mixed up in translation before she gave it out.
You expert DIY'ers can decide which one looks best

Okay you made me look, I had copied the entire post, after I first saw it, and it is different from what you posted. Not really sure why the one here is different from yours. :?:

@tazzle and everyone — sharing a DiY recipe that a friend and Master Mixer @I'mnotZakmixed for me. Please feel free to make any adjustments to suit your taste. This particular flavor originated out of Belfast.

    Gingerbread ICS
    Capella Gingerbread 3.5%
    Capella Graham Cracker 1.5%
    Inawera Biscuit 1%
TFA Vanilla Bean Ice Cream 3%
    TFA Vanilla Swirl 2.5%
    FA Meringue 0.75%

Recommended steep time: 3 weeks or to suit your taste

    I'mnotZak replied

Thank you @NotSoMini, @tazzle, and everyone who posted such kind comments. This mix was still a challenge even though the original (Out of Belfast as mentioned by Mini) listed the flavors without %'s on the bottle. I made about 6 different versions with varying flavor %'s before settling in on the recipe posted on this thread. I also added the FA Meringue to round out the mouthfeel and this flavor was not listed on the original mix. ( I find myself adding FA Meringue @ .50-.75% to just about every bakery recipe that I mix.) The interesting thing is that another ECT friend, @chanelvaps prefers the version below. She likes the throat hit that I think is due to the higher % CAP Gingerbread. As mini mentioned, the mix needs a few weeks to settle and blend. I find it "ginger" heavy when vaped fresh. I also find that the CAP Gingerbread takes on a "ginger ale" taste above 4.5%. I have posted the other version below in the event anyone would like to give it a whirl.

    Gingerbread ICS V2
    Capella Gingerbread 4.5%
    Capella Graham Cracker 1.5%
    Inawera Biscuit 0.75%
TFA Vanilla Bean Ice Cream 4%
    TFA Vanilla Swirl 1.5%

    Happy mixing friends!

BTW, I don't consider myself a master mixer by any stretch however, I really enjoy DIY and will gladly accept the very kind compliment!!

It's the only kind I eat. I like unripe bananas but when they get to "normal" levels of squishiness and ripeness and bleugh I find them foul. In fact, my greatest sadness is like, bananas ripen too fast, so I very rarely get to eat the perfect "green banana." You can't refrigerate them they go black.

Only someone told me in this thread you can peel em and freeze emj and the only thing that sounds yummier than a green banana is a green banana popsicle. So I am going to try them that way pretty soon. After cherry season which should be here any second. I ONLY eat cherries during cherry season, it's my favorite fruit and the season is way too short. I don't even care what they cost even (well within reason) because they are SO GOOD.

I have heard those little orange cherries, I forget what they are called are even better (per my little brother) so I haven't dared to try them. Because they are even MORE expensive.

If you don't like unripe banana IDK if you will like the one shot but the bamboo milk does something too. IDK you just gotta try it.

I mixed up a little batch a couple of days ago.
Is it good to go, or does it benefit from a little aging?

In case any of you want to order eliquids from Ejuice Steals, or some of their Clearance things, or other "stuff"....they sent an email newsletter that came about an hour and 1/2 ago: Today Only Free Shipping. Code is: enjoyfreeshipping

That gives those of us on the East coast...1.5 more hours to take advantage of it. You West coast people have 4.5 more hours though. (Maybe they go only by CA time though, for everyone. IDK. Guess it couldn't hurt those on other time zones to try it later, too.)

ETA: Just in the last 2 hours...Geek Vape Zeus tanks have appeared in their Clearance, too, for $19.99 per tank (only Gunmetal available). If anyone wants 1 or more, you might want to jump on them at that price, especially with Free S/H!

Well, one can definitely eat the banana before it gets dark yellow with brown spots lol. I promise it won’t kill you, I’ve eaten only slightly yellow bananas for decades without having to call poison control, or my toes falling off, or some other odd reaction. Scouts honor ;)
It tastes like a lighter, less sweet, slightly herby version of a ripe banana. Very fresh, to me. Green banana isn’t bitter like other unripe fruits, just significantly less syrupy/honey sweet.
Sorry, I’m the wrong person to ask about steeping. Everything gets a month whether it needs it or not. I’m not organized enough to juggle that lol.
You're funny!. When I hear "green" I see "green." This sounds like a semantical thing, in that it's really not green, just not really really yellow.
But, enough. I mixed up some yesterday and will try it shortly, though since it's an unripe fruit I'm not going to ripen the juice for a month. LOL

It's not anywhere near midnight my time LOL but thank you @Dougiestyle ! It is nice to survive another year.

It doesn't really require steeping I'd say a few days is just fine now you are over your fear of dying from the green BANANA can a piece of fruit really kill you by being that unripe? I have heard tales of tarantulas crawling out in grocery stores which sounded pretty awful, but not as bad as dying. Maybe.
