Now that is an excellent idea for a Kicstarter, indiegogo or especially Unbound.

I don't know about a book... I would like to bring a certified Rayon product to market...

Yes I know FF stole my fire, and beat me to the punch, but thier pads and fiber look like a mess. They disoriented all the fibers into a mass it looks like and made it into a less efficient pad to cater to kgd users.. A disoriented pad doesn't help it Wick.

And also they don't have the Rayon knowledge that I have.
(Also thier website has been down for quite a long time, month(s).)

I don't get as much burned juice with rayon as I used to with cotton yarn - hardly ever at all, actually, even with all the sucralose that I use. My juice stays clear even after 4-5 fills. The only time I ever get any kind of backflow anymore is when I do vertical coils in my gennies, and even then. Not so much.

So what is your secret of wicking besides thinning down the tails? I thin mine to 20%, and although the results are decent, darkening starts after 8 ml or so. Probably normal since I was getting similar results with cotton.

Your brand could be "Rayonati", logo would be a white vapor cloud with the Eye of Providence in the center. Mysterious wonder wick. It speaks to you... Etc

Hey not too bad, sounds cool.. I always wonder how the world outside Rayon will see it, that's important. Seems those types of wicked leading terms do well.

Maybe - Better, longer, stronger than other wicking materials.. As a Tagline

I'm afraid to even talk about this, and give other people ideas..

Or "wonder why I waited this long to try it?"

Good one..

Other than acquiring what I need, the whole business thing, custom packaging, ect, ect. - name and branding is the hardest part. It needs to be a powerful brand and name to dominate the market, as well as dispell myths and describe the power of Rayon at the same time..

Maybe - Better, longer, stronger than other wicking materials.. As a Tagline

I'm afraid to even talk about this for fear of my ideas being jacked again.

Good one..

Jeremy,

I would suggest not talking about it in public if you are seriously consider a business venture.

True. That would suck. Marketing would be the key. Make someone feel that buying X would be better than going to Sally's and buying 500ft of Y. However, there are those that would rather buy something specifically intended for vaping that is not sitting in a beauty supply store in a loosely tied plastic bag...

I have no secrets, besides what's been said before. I don't really even thin tails. I do make sure the strands are all nice and straight - I spread my Sally's to a nice even sheet then roll it up like a doobie. I don't powervape though - usually just around 20-25W. But with cotton yarn, I was getting darkened juices ALL THE TIME, to the point where I'd have to empty out the tank and start over. :-x
