Here is my latest video I quickly made one night.. Exuse the Pringles can I propped my phone on. Lol Tried the twist method which I don't use much.

-----

Here is my first video just shows the fiber and me working with it... Warning I did not use enough in this video. I measured two coil widths of rayon instead of three.
l I'll be a..yeah. I finally watched the two videos near the beginning. Man I was stuffing way to much wick in there. I was having to hold the coil with my finger nail to keep from pulling it clean off the side of the deck. I guess I take stuff too literally. I wish I had watched the vids earlier.

If your using flimsy wire you will probably need to hold the coil.

The videos were with 32g parallel mostly which is comparable to 28g kanthal as far as sturdiness.

There are a couple other vids I have uploaded as well. I chose the two vids I felt showed the process I use regularly and had the correct density. . Others show some other techniques as well. My very first vid was off on density and too light
I was using 26 gauge. I was definitely using too much. I just rewicked, we'll see how this one does. The others tasted great, for a little while.

What?
The ku?, it worked, its clean. I haven't used it much since then, I just have all these other types here. Lol.

Each time you switch between different rayons a little different density is needed because of different fiber sizes and fluffiness.

Oh you mean the twist method. Well it works just not the way I'm used to doing it. All mine are Wicked with the classic pinch, pull, stretch method. It just works for me and Ive got the feel for it.

Everyone has different capabilities and ways they handle the fiber, so twist may be the ticket for someone else.

You cut like the top half off? How close to the coil?
Yeah,i cut the top half,at just a very slight angle going from right at the top edge of the coil out to the end of the tail, going from coil to roughly half the thickness of the tail at the outer edge.
Same here with my STminis and Lemo with 75vg. Maybe a little less than half the wick remaining and plastered against the deck walls.
That's pretty much just how i did mine. After trimming and putting the chimney on,i would drip a few drops on each tail to keep them pressed over away from the channel.
I was beginning to think maybe I was the only one around here using Lemos.
The lemo has been my favorite tank type atty from the day i got it.I bought several different tanks over the course of a year,i was buying a new one every week haha, that stopped when i got my lemo drop, the only tank i bought after that was the full size lemo.
I haven't used mine for a few months,i started using bottom feed mods and rda's,but after seeing your post about the lemo,i am getting ready to pull mine out, clean it and rewick it,and enjoy it for a while again haha.

I am still using rayon in my coils. I love it. It lasts forever before running out, and it lasts longer for me wicking my coils with it. Cannot thank you guys enough for getting me started with it!

Yes it should be good to use if its just pure fiber. Medical use rayon is usually graded so it will be a good quality. It doesn't have to be medical though. Other product needs to be checked for purity. A product labled 100% Rayon is best. If its 100% Rayon pure medical fiber or balls its perfect.

Also it may be called something different in your country.. Viscose is another word for Rayon also.

Ok cool. Will go and search for the best rayon today. ;)

Here in Austria you can buy Rayon in every drugstore and I have found 3 different sources already. Its usually labeled Viscose or Cellucotton.
I know this doesn't help you much as you´re from Malaysia, but pharmacies/drugstores are a good place to look for it.

Hey thanks mate. Yup, am going to pharmacy to look for it. Hope lady's luck is with me. :D

Hey!
I lost this thread somewhere along the way, and I found it in the trending section today :)
Yes, I love rayon so much. I tried vaping with the wicking material I used to use the other day, and it was not good...many burnt hits....lol Rayon wicks so well, and I am so spoiled! I am still using the first sample bag sent to me! Can you believe that? And I have wicked and rewicked with it so many times that I cannot even remember. I worried so many times that I was going to run out, but I never did.... And I still have some! Lol I do eventually need to get some more just so I will have it when I do need it though :)

My last wicking is doing fine so far. It was doing some popping so I dialed the wattage back a little and that stopped. Flavor is great, vapor is plenty for me. If I'm not there yet, I think I will be soon. I hear the big boned lady warming up.
