I don't know how "pro" that tip is, I'm just a hacker but it works for me. The Bachelor in my Disguiser has turned into my "go to" combination.

Well, I've learned to trust your judgment. My Limitless along with my L+ and my Bachelor fulfill all my vaping requirements perfectly. When they're hitting on all cylinders, I don't need anything else. With your help, I'll get this little Bachelor SNAFU straightened out in short order and, once again, I'll be all set.

Any thoughts on how to wick this? Advancedvapesupply guy wicked it with rayon. But from what I can tell he wicked it as one would do with cotton.

Work firewall won't let me see the pic/vid... what atty is it, Darlin'?

griffin 25

Thanks, Fozzy. :thumb:

That's one that I haven't played with. First glance, I'd probably try building/wicking just like any other atty with that style of build deck/juice channels... then just make adjustments to fix any leaking or whatever. I don't see any reason why wicking it just like I do the SilverPlay wouldn't work though...

I have a Griffin 25 in my stash but I haven't tried it yet. It appears to wick similar to the Billow, Cthulhu, etc. That mini wicks differently without wicking channels. I don't have the mini, but I think I'd try it the way he shows in the video and if you start getting dry hits, then maybe trim the wicks at a bit of an angle.

You just stuff rayon in the the channels.
I have a 25. If you use a 2.5mm coil you have the exact amount of rayon you need to fill the channels. Any larger and you just cut it off at the shoulder.
Here's the Cthulhu v3 and Griffin 25 with rayon.

With the mini, the channels are more shallow but it's the same procedure.

I've got a couple of tanks on their way that look like they may be a bit interesting to build and wick.
One is the CoilArt Mage, and the other is the Tesla Carrate 24. No idea how hard/easy they are gonna be to deal with, but I thought that I'd give 'em a shot... I'll definitely update once I get them in my hands. :D

The Griffin 25 mini isn't like the previous Griffins, the deck is like the Steamcrave Aromamizer Supreme and the Boreas. @Kaezziel let us know how you like'em. Is the Coilart Mage's deck like the IJoy Tornado Nano? Never heard of the Telsa Carrate.

On the Mage? I have no idea, LOL. I've never seen the Tornado Nano. It looks like a Velocity style deck, but there are no juice channels. There are holes in the sides of the chimney and it looks like you just put the tails/shoulders against the holes. At least, that's what I can tell from the pics. I'll know more whenever it shows up.

The Tesla Carrate 24 is just different. I've never seen anything with that style of wire clamps, but it looks pretty straightforward. I just liked the look of the tank, and I think it should be pretty decent. :)

You're mostly right about the mage.
You'd build and wick normally with your tails fluffed and screw the chamber over them.
Even if you had your wicks sticking straight out of the coil with no bends, the chamber piece would put them where they should be.
The deck looks tiny though, like an OG Aromamizer. Still, I'd use it if I had one.
I like the little stubby tanks.

I just watched two vids & yes the decks & the way they wick are similar. Would love to see how you wick the Mage since I have the Tornado. ;)

In an effort to get Honey to say those magical words - "You think you're funny, but you're not!" - I tried to convince her that this would be the ultimate setup to replace her Subtank Nano Toptank:

It worked! I'm blessed.

BTW, photo taken with my new Note 7. I haven't figured out how to use it yet though. This thing has more bells and whistles than this old dog expected.

Yep, I'm a fan of the stubby tanks, too. And really short RDAs. Really, anything with a small chamber, because they just have better flavor. ;)

I'll be sure to get some pics whenever I get it and get a build in it. It may take a little trial and error to get it all figured out, but I'm not expecting too many problems with it.
