Anyone have an extra for sale (or a source for) the negative coil post for the Aqua v2? I haven't turned up anything after searching. This is the one that's threaded into the deck and has 4 wire holes, uses a Phillips head screw to secure the wire instead of a thumbscrew like used on the v1. Mine came drilled askew, on one side the two holes "collided" w/one another, leaving a wide open figure eight-looking hole on that side. This lets the wire easily slide out from under the screw so I don't trust it.

Also, I lost the air control set screw from my kayfun Lite Plus clone and am in need of a replacement. I'm probably one out of a hundred who actually uses it. Or does anyone know the thread size and length?

Thanks for your time!

Had that same issue, email the US distributor, the email is on the authenticity card.

Sitting down, facing forward.
I have no idea what it might be lol, I got sick of this forum and the people on it so I took a solid year or so off.

A while back they reviewed who was contributing to Team ECF. If there had been no activity the banner was removed. I don't remember what the criteria was, but if you haven't been folding for a while that would be the most likely explanation.

Removing the banner from those who are idle wouldn't be the wisest move from a marketing standpoint IMO. Had there not been a banner, I wouldn't have known about the F@H program and wouldn't be considering contributing. Odd how some minds work...

Have you been watching the things our government has done the last six years?

The PTB can obviously do as they see fit. But- IMO, and not wanting to sound argumenative- it just seems that if they provided a banner in the first place it was for their exposure. It's not like there's any real benefit to the one displaying the banner- no claim to fame, as it were. It's the project that stands to benefit far more, unless I'm missing something. Anyway, the banner is still there. It was a now-dead link that I was curious about.:D

Our opinions obviously differ, and that's okay. In the context of fighting cancer I put the desired results (getting the word out/gaining participants regarding the program) above any perceived personal gains- how ever insignificant and inconsequential they might be- that an individual garners by displaying a project's banner. That the person displaying the banner was involved even in a small way, to my way of thinking does not preclude the continued display of the banner, and again to MY way of thinking, does not represent any form of deception or misrepresentation.

But in any event, the banner is still being displayed as I mentioned earlier so yes, it's a moot point.

Gritting back to vaping and such, I recall a respected member here getting in on the DNA 40 co-op. IIRC the cost was $36.00 and $5 more for a USB charger board. So I'm wondering how these boards worked for everyone? By the by, the DNA 40 chips are for sale at one of the vendors- but for $60.00 each.

Soooo Rayon, yeah? I haven't had much luck with this stuff so far. Tried wicking it really tight, or really loose; tried tapering off the legs of the wick or leaving them as they were. Still getting a burnt taste after a couple hours of use, with no physical signs of the wicks burning. I'm using premium e juices, usually 70/30 vg/pg. Blends. Anyone know what I could be doing wrong?

Cartel stillare with a chuff cap. I usually use 28 gauge 10 wraps around a 2.4mm screwdriver. I was recommended by someone on a thread I started to try using a smaller bit, so I tried that and have been getting even worse results.

How high are your watts? Could it possibly be too tight in the coil still?

I only get burnt taste when there's not enough wick. That taste is coil burn. Maybe it's been good for a couple of hours, then the rayon compresses and doesn't make full contact with the coil anymore. You could try stuffing a little more rayon in the coil at that point, or rewick with a little bit more. Also, spaced coils don't get quite as hot and burny as micro coils.

I wasn't very satisfied with my previous (first) build on my Taifun GT II. Not that it didn't work, but it just didn't produce enough Vapor/Flavor like my Ni200 Rose V2, Kayfun V4, Fogger and Squape R. But I felt it could do better, so I tried, and I tried, and I tried all kinds of Ni200 builds. Until I did this:
26 AWG Ni200 3.5mm ID Micro Coil (spaced coil wouldn't fit) at 0.14Ω and Trimmed Rayon wick.

I'm a happy camper now. It is set for 450F and 40W and produces a lot of worm, dense , flavorful vapor. It throws a large air bubble every single puff I take.
