I was under the impression Imeo offered a refund for the Grant and the brass caps.

Then you were under the wrong impression. Check out the price paid and then check out what Imeo offered. There is no way in hell I would accept any resolution that left me out that much money with nothing to show for it.

Is it???... if you bought a shiney new expensive remote and some cords with that tv that you are shipping back you would keep them and chock it up to you not wanting to be unreasonable?... is that not an accessory that you purchased souly to work with the main product...

I feel bad for imeo on one hand as he is a small struggling business and I am sure his profit margins are not huge even with the crazy price people are paying him for his tube... but I don't agree its unreasonable for him to either ship a new product PRONTO or refund the entire purchase.

An even bigger divide between this and your scenario is the fact that she isn't asking to return it, in which case some of her requests may be over the top.. she just wants to possess it after paying for it and trusting the seller to fix the "ultimate" vaping device when it was discovered it was a faulty and unsafe design.

I still love the look and design of the GG, but this thread has taught me two thing... do business in the USA, and HOLY CRAP thats an expensive device.

Absolutely, the remote and the cord is the companies responsibility, but what about the expensive rechargeable batteries you bought elsewhere. Do you expect the manufacture of the remote control to issue you a refund for the batteries as welll?

Someone can put 120 euros to my account and I will send him another GG. When he send it back to me I refund to him. But if this GG has the same luck as the first one?

I have already think of that solution, I have already propose that to a customer (for other reasons and not for shipping reasons), but its not a solution.

The solution is Iken only. We will avoid many problems like this one.

I asked him if he meant 'lost' for 'the same luck' (see above) and he said yes. I asked him to elaborate and what I got from it was that if the second device was also lost, it would also not be his responsibility. So that means, if in the unlikely event that happened, the person would now be out the costs of TWO devices. Uh... no thanks.

Then for him to ask you for the return of the Trans when the new Grant reaches your hands. I think this would give you relief and a good ground for security, but then again I'm not really a Businessman yet.

I have to say, IMHO this is the best way my friend.

1) Thanks a lot for all responses to this thread, you make GG famous and bigger. I earned many customers here;)

2) Many people (including suzi) said that I didnt use registered shipping. I dont see the reason that they lie. (ok, maybe I see it;)). I always use registered shipping, thats the reason I have tracking numbers (even if they are mixxed:D).

3) Huyk said that he thought that I was fully refund suzi's money but some poeple here told him that he didnt understand well. Maybe the same people want to show that people who are with my side are crazy or stupid!! Yes Huyk, I offer a full refund to suzi, you are not crazy my friend. I offered 95 pounds for GG and 20 pounds for the brass caps (these are the missing parts) but people have their way to make you feel stupid;)

4) Some people that never post here came for an oportunity to beat me.:D

5) Suzi never came with a solution to me, she came only complaining. I offered her the solutions but she told me that she will post her problem in public. I said ok do it.

6) The "a new GG solution" would be not good for her because she was worring about shipping time and not for a GG itself, so if I had told her about this solution she would be angry saying that the shipping time would be huge either.

7) The subject here is not the solution but the shipping time. Solution is easy but it will take time. Will she accept it? No, because she doesnt want a GG. She wants a GG TODAY.

8) People, please read carefully before you make your post. If you want to post for "other" reasons you are just not welcome

Well Imeo if your offering the price for the GG and brass caps why not just make her a new one and send it to her...that way she gets her GG and then you both win. You have done a wonderful job keeping people happy. And I know when Iken gets his sight up it will make your life 1000 times better when things like this happen, which may never happen because all product will be shipped to him and then he will ship them to you and then you ship all back to him and he then ships to everyone.

Im personally waiting for Iken to get everything going so I can get my GG-T. You have a wonderful product. Ask my fiance I tell her everyday I cant wait to get my GG.

i think suzi is in the right here on wanting a product she sent to you registered you may have sent it back registered but have no proof of that as the trackign numbers are mixed up (u admit this) also i will never purchase from yuo as i saw on another post where someone is leaving due to drama and you told him to tell us all to go f ourselves. in my opinion as a supplier why on earth would you want people to see that publicly? and as a business (which you are as you send product(?) and recieve money for said product) it is your duty to listen to complaints that a consumer has on your product. why should she go to whom she purchased it from if you are the one that did the recall? if i purchase a crib from walmart or another store and evenflo issues a recall that says i have to send it back to replace something on it i don't return it to walmart i return it to the manufacturer and it is their responsibility once they recieve it to make sure it is in fact fixed and sent back to me. you came in and said that you have gotten business from this...yeah i see alot of posts saying you are losing business from this....good luck and really do right by suzi and the others and im sure you will keep part of the people that havent' been turned off by this whole thing.

Other products dont cost 1 euros, so you can have a new one before you make your return. These products costs 15-20 dollars to the suppliers so they can do it easily. If I do it and I loose only 1 GG then I must sell 8 more only to have my money back without earning anything. See the diference?

I told you to read carefully before you post but you didnt. ok I will explain one more time for you. Tim is responsible for what ever he sells with my product. If they are faulty he must replace them. But nothing of Tim's products were faulty, so the replacement must be to my parts. I just did it. I told her for a full refund and she disagreed. Can you see clear now?

Will this do? You just told potential customers to go fu** themselves and that they are worms. ANYONE that comes to this forum could be a potential customer

this is your entire post in the This shall be my last post thread...i kindly highlighted what i quoted u in saying...and i read just fine thank you. and um i think u are getting all of us mixed up because you told me nothing to begin with....i understand the whole concept that is the issue right now. you instead of trying to resolve the issue are running circles around everyone opposing u. just make it right is all we are saying.
