The last time I bought something at HC it was $5.70 to ship (that was just a couple of months ago in January). The cost for DHL is $21.26 plus they are going to assess me an additional $20 "processing fee" for customs clearance before they hand over my package.

Yes. I've heard their good. If you buy clearance it's not eligible for free shipping. @ceeceeisme is a bit mad at them right now but she may chime in here. There is something about weight and shipping. I've read @Beamslider or @whodat2112 talk about it.
