DPD have live tracking on their site. Truck didn't move for 1h and now they pushed back the delivery time from 15:45h-16:15h to "maybe today until 19:00h"

Truck moved again, it's now 30km away at their "home base" so I guess that's it (1.5h before his day ends). They could have just said it comes Monday instead of making me wait the whole f
day for nothing, had to be near window/doorbell the whole time because of the mentality of their delivery guys and basically couldn't do anything that I couldn't drop in a matter of seconds.I already had all my tools prepared, sorted alphabetically as well as by size, now I look like a complete idiot. Can't even take a shower, bath works but due to the broken valve it leaks all over the place when filling.
If that bloke didn't drive back to the warehouse to get my package and actually deliver it I think I'm gonna use their customer service... Monday, after I got the package. I so hate DPD. I hate them so much. They are the worst shipping company now by far, even [name redacted] with their staff that doesn't speak German and gets paid less is more reliable.
