Not quite but give it a few months! It is complicated, but basically it is illegal to SELL eliquids with nicotine here but we can import for our own use '3 months supply' at a time so it is fairly open to interpretation at the moment.
Then there is the whole 'it is illegal to possess nicotine' thing as well, yet nicotine sprays, patches, gum etc are on sale legally everywhere. Stupid.
I haven't heard of anyone who has been done for having nicotine eliquids in their possession. Besides, if they start that caper, there are no countries left to ship us convicts off to anyway!
