My Shinyitis addiction caused me to buy two new Geekvape Blitzens. Cuz they were on sale. You know the gig, goes like this "SALE? I must get some now since the price is good"
I bought and LOVE the Geekvape Zeus (bought two) so I pulled the trigger to fast...another all to familiar feeling "there is no time to make sure I will like it, if I do not act fast someone else will get them all"
And of course I bought two because (another all too familiar feeling) "if I only get one and love it I might never have a chance to get another"
Now I am finding out they might leak because they are not top airflow like the Zeus.
Just as I have started to unload so many unused impulse buys from a few years ago..............

Ah yes, the shinyitis without full research. I've done that, but it was fairly early on in my vaping experience.
However, you don't know for sure how they perform until you play with them, maybe they'll be okay? I was able to give away most of my impulsive early purchases (just equipment really wrong for me) and that helped me feel better about it.
I have zero shinyitis issues at the moment, and a closet full of stuff to mess with more, as I find the need to mess with something.
It's really nice, and I hope you find your stuff to your liking. LOL. Impulse purchases were my downfall, and for a while (up to now) I don't gaze at vendors sales threads, they were my undoing a lot of the time. It's not this thread that drives me nuts, necessarily. But yeah, actually going to sites and going, "Wow/price/it looks so cool/etc./etc."
It's been working, and I am MORE than stocked up on nic and flavors and with far more vapes that I LOVE compared to how many I actually need.

One thing I do disagree with: Having a mod made of ABS plastic--which is an insulator--is not a con when it comes to inability to absorb and transfer heat from the atomizer. Having a mod made of any metal--which are all conductors--can be a con if the temperature of the electronics and the battery is a concern.
ABS is not a very durable substance so judging an ABS mod on its ruggedness is valid.
Love it when the server crashes...On a shiny note received a Battlestar RTA and my pico squeeze.. Nice little Squonker..

It's actually called "informed delivery" by the US postal service, we all have renamed it. "misinformed" delivery because it's often awful.
I hope the server lag is over or whatever it was, it did let me like, go edit and do some stuff. Nothing on the agenda besides yoga and cleaning the kitchen.
I remain so happy I slept in.

I got an "itch" when I was thinking about it. Specifically and first, I began to believe it would just sit unused. I a bit...particular, and I had a reservation regarding it's size. I struggled and never did find a pic of it in hand. Judging the battery compartment led me to believe it would be big, and I'd just not use it.
Speaking of particular, I have a small ding on my dot. I remember dropping it, guess that dented the corner. So I'll be replacing as soon as I decide what I want. Will be moving the tug into rotation more and more. My buy another, may just move on. Love the little thing though.
