Good morning, and thank you for asking, It was what is called an LESI they inject a steroid and numbing agent into the nerve... Have some relief the morning from it. They generally last a couple of months thank goodness, with help from pain meds in conjunction
I’ve had those in the C spine. Not pleasant, but it did help a lot. Avoided a discectomy, pill free, and haven’t had a shot in years.

It took three sets of shots a few times over a few years, but I’m still turning my head and using my hands lol. Totally worth it!

I stand by my earlier statement, you deserve some shiny for that!

Good to know.
The video he did showed him putting the top of the could just below the top of the AF stacks. Has that held true for you, or lower?
Basically yeah.
I think it was the tvc video that I remembered using the Allen wrench shaped coiling rod. Essentially turn it down and cut your leg to that same length.
It's like they tried to make it dummy proof lol and get you the right height every time.

Agreed, just use the tool to cut the leg length. Install the coil with that length, and only need to straighten it after tightening. No need to try to adjust the coil height. Should be about perfect based on the leg length.

That stuff is almost as bad as kudzu here. The best place to plant it--if you must--is in an open field about 100m from anything.
One of my first plantings in my new tiny yard. Didn't have a clue. I cut them back every few years. I would miss them and they smell so good would probably do it again.
