Nope they didn't do much for me. I took a look at some stabilized wood kits and also the dotmods. FAR more dangerous than a pico, LOL, but I decided I should probably you know, eat for the rest of the month. LOL.
If I do get a squonker though, I believe it may have to be a dotmod, but I'm going to do some judicial saving first. Man those suckers, if they even LOOK 1/3 as good as they vape, I'm sure I'd be happy. LOL.

I do not mind the hint of gold on them... They are not garish about it.Dotmods... Gold... Big NOPE.
I don't think the gold in the dotmods is actually tacky. And I hate gold, even my wedding ring is silver. But there's something about how the dotmods do it that I just don't mind. I really like that Tiffany blue color, mainly because a former prof gave me a Tiffany pen as a graduation gift. I think she came from money, LOL. I do know EVERY single (and possibly) married prof was DROOLING over her, and she married the most unexpected prof in the place, someone who about 10 years older and supremely low key. LOL. A woman after my own heart.
Anyway, my (supercool and unexpected) silver Tiffany pen, "I was just browsing," she said, "and I figured, well, you like to write..." gift got lost somewhere among my travels and I kind of hated it.
LOL, I also got a bit fed up my last couple of semesters, and didn't turn in one of her papers once, figuring I'd just get a passing grade, not an A plus, only she graded me A plus and then said, "Oh, Anna, I lost your final paper, and I knew it would be good, so I just gave you an A."
That was the fastest, most guilt ridden paper I ever wrote, told her I'd "find" it and drop it by "tomorrow."
LOL, she also told me during freaking finals week that I looked, "stressed," and I was like, "Uh, yeah, having a little trouble sleeping at the moment." and she was like, "Well, have a nice glass of wine after dinner to help you relax, or something."
I decided to omit telling her that I was already trying that, only my current tolerance level was at over 2 BOTTLES of wine to feel any sort of relaxation whatsoever.
She was either the smartest, most Machiavellian professor I ever had, or the nicest. I still can't quite tell. LOLZ.

I don't do gold anything (no bronze either; copper/rose gold is okay though). 
BTW: Those yellow (masquerading as gold) PEI caps for RDAs are only acceptable to me for pairing with my brown Crown Bull, black-framed Therion BF.

Gold is cheap in the metal scale compared to platinum...At least we know one thing - Debbie isn't a gold digger
I have 5 pico 25s in a box for the vapeoloypse stockpile, 5 pico squeezes on the way from SloTech and I do not recall if I placed that order for 5 standard picos yet...<--- Pico Rescue-er
