That is a hard question to answer. For me it is like vaping the blossoms of spring. They are more a sensation than a taste. Orange blossom tastes like how a grove of blooming orange trees smells. I use honeysuckle with fruits quite often and it is lightly sweet with a floral hint, very soft. Found a honeysuckle ice cream recipe I'm eager to try. Jasmine has a stronger and sharper flavor but still easy to work with at lower percentages. Has a hint of green to it the more you use, not as easy to bend. Will be tasting the hibiscus mixes in a couple weeks.
