There’s a nautilus 2 box empty on the bottom left. Lol.
See above, I have either 4 or 5. Plus all the parts. Except drip tips which I possibly moved if they fit something else. I have 4 “graveyard” boxes of unloved tanks, all their parts and usually several unopened boxes of coils. I need to clear it all out. Monday will be clean and sort day

@Hightech Redneck

That sounded confusing to me so let me clarify.

No you are not SOL. I know something is in the works, just don't think they know exactly how to implement it yet.

From my conversation it didn't seem as if those that had an issue but didn't have the warranty or those that wanted to just...(hesitate...) "upgrade" would be left without an avenue to do so.

Does that make sense?

Ok so call em up and say Darth compels you to fix this.....:lol:
Lol, no.
I'm not a dot fanboy, but I've worked retail, delt with customers a good chunk of my life. I know good customer service and I know crap service.

There's always the chance I could be wrong however They owned the problem and expressed dot was aware and working on it. Also expressed how it happened and so on.

In the past day I've seen them post the instructions and a vendor do the same. When mine arrives back with this new design I'll share it. I have to be clear that in this case I'm "special" in that they're giving it to me. I'm only saying that to cover their butts. Whatever is done to mine is supposed to eventually be available. There's some sticky issues as you may imagine regarding warranties vs "I just want it" and so on. To be clear though dot is aware somewhere along the line the cleaning instructions were overlooked and the ball was dropped.

Talk about it! During the Vapocalypse of 2015 (maybe) or was it 2016?? the first time we all felt regs were going to drive vaping to extinction, I bought so much stuff. Then I outgrew it all. I had at least 5-6 of the OG isticks (20watts) in pink and black and silver, several MPV's, VTC's,etc. I dunno how many STM, and all parts and boxes and boxes of coils for them. Lemo's and Kayfuns, parts for all of them, spare glass and screws etc.
Took somewhat pleasure in my ever growing box, to drawer, to file/vape cabinet to vape dresser. Got to the point I was sick of looking at it and all the money that went into it. YIKES.
I got rid of some of it a few weeks ago on the classies but so much more to go

I'll send a shout out to Whitney then. The heads up is appreciated, as I loved my DotSquonk while it was working, so I'd love to see it back working again...
