I went to San Francisco once. For some spiritual convention that my mom desired me to attend. I drove there with one of the goofiest lawyers of all time and his teenage son. He left late. We had to stop to eat. The kid puked like no one's business halfway through and then went wandering off. It was tense. I arrived in the dead of night, at the dude's dad's house (he was to watch the teen). They offered me the floor, a sleeping bag and a pillow, declining to drive me to the hotel where my mom was at. I was (actually and oddly) grateful. The spiritual thing sucked. I smoked a lot (outside) and it rained the entire time.
I am NOT SHOCKED that SF banned flavors, my impression of the town in general was "Uggh." Sometimes it's good to go somewhere... So that you can realize you NEVER want to go there again. I have held fast to that promise, and it's not shocking to me at all that SF BANNED flavors (although I feel horrible for SF residents) it seemed to me to be a place where it would be hard to have a nice time... ever.
This news a) reinforces that opinion b) now that one town has? Well, at least it's CA, but it will have a trickle down effect c) Now, more than ever, I am GLAD I have all the nic I could ever use in my freezer and fridge.

My aurora updated from Saturday to today.
The package that showed no progress is in the states now.
The aurora arrived west coast and that first package arrived in ny.

In relation to the SF flavor ban..."Lets ban something that isn't harmful, but we can continue to sell cigarettes with 5,000 poisonous chemicals." Where has the logic gone? I feel sorry for any good honest people and business owners caught in this crap.
Except BT was the one to appeal this time to try and save the availability of flavors, or as I read it BC (before coffee, a foggy dangerous time in my day)
They'd prefer to sell flavored cigars and pipe tobacco. You know, that stuff that's all the rage with the kids...
BT knows the way the wind blows and vaping isn't going away. They have much invested in closed systems and flavored pods. Makes sense for them to fight flavor bans.
