I said a couple of weeks ago that it isn't FDA we have to worry about--it's state and local governments.

The good news is that people can fight back much more effectively there because it's the political equivalent of close quarter combat. The bad news is that it's state to state and community to community.
We have it pretty good here... for now. More and more Californians are moving here and they want the laws to be like California's eventually the nwill outnumber us and our way of life will be voted out of existance.

I almost downloaded my fb file a week or so ago, when I saw the link. But I got distracted and forgot. Just as well. I use it mostly for groups... cooking, crafts, photography, animals, and my family has a private page we set up when my brother and husband got sick. That was so much easier than group texting 50+ people. I have a big family and very few fb friends I’m not related to.

Good morning all. Em and I took a nice relaxing dog walk about 4:30 this morning. We've been blessed with a cool spell and temps are dropping at night here. Makes for pleasant walks.
I used to walk Rudy in the wee hours when I couldn’t sleep. The coyotes have moved in pretty close though. Wasn’t a problem when it was just Rudy. I doubt they would’ve bothered us, and if they had, I could pick him up and protect him.

Now though... Georgia would pick a fight, I know it, and the coyotes have gotten pretty brazen. They strut right down Main Street, pick off cats and chickens as they wish.

I live just a couple blocks off main street and so the areas coyotes aren't a problem for us. Now the growing fox population has taken care of the stray cats. Haven't seen nearly as many raccoons this year tho. I miss them.

I’m in a little town ( can walk from one side to the other in 20 minutes or less) but there’s a wooded area by the river on one side, fields and woods all around. So they used to stay by the river, you’d hear but never see them.

I think that’s the cycle... when there are too many cats, raccoons move in. When there are too many raccoons, the fox move in. We were at the “too many foxes” stage about 15 years ago. That’s when the coyotes move in. We still have too many feral cats, because pet cats are a far easier target for predators, and so they go first.

And ya know, I have nothing against cats. And I have nothing against farm cats roaming. But anywhere else, that’s incredibly dangerous, leaving a domestic pet to fend for itself. Let alone how rude to the neighbors. I really don’t understand how those owners think it’s okay.

Our strays are seldom feral, just baby makers. The problem is people feeding them instead of having them fixed. Over the years here I trapped a few and had them spayed or neutered. The males I release as soon as the anesthesia wears off, the females until the stitches come out.

Ok back to shiny stuff... initial thoughts on the Zeus dual. Looks nice, well made, plenty of spare parts, comes in a nice plastic box.

A little fiddly to get the coils in, one screw is not quite right, sticks into the hole too far and I had to back it out till it fell out. PIA to get it back in, next tine, I’ll just replace it.

Limited room on the deck. It took me almost as long to wrangle the coils into place, not touching anything, as it did to get that tiny screw back in. I suppose for you pros this wouldn’t be a challenge at all, but I wouldn’t recommend this one to anyone new like myself lol.

Also, tank is supposed to be 5 mls, holds about half that much.

Top is hard to get on and off. There are tabs on the top that have to fit into slots by the fill holes... which I guess would make it more secure, but both tabs and slots are tiny. Takes me a few tries, rather frustrating.

I know, sounds like I have nothing but complaints, but it vapes pretty dreamy. No leaks, no popping or spitting, only a teeny bit of condensation. Don’t love it like a Fancier, but not sorry I got it.

Did you actually measure the capacity?

Nobody will do anything about the issue here. No the, nothing. But they charge dog owners for licenses, and they’ll come right in our yards to check the tags. Idiots. Leave the gate wide open. I told the lady guy, he’s not a cop, if he unlocks my gate he’d better prepare to be shot for trespassing. Legally he has no right to enter, and putting my pets in harm’s way is a threat- I’ll feel compelled to protect my animals and myself just the same as if he broke into my house.

As it’s a small town, everyone kind of knows everyone else, and I have a reputation as a surprisingly good shot. So ain’t nobody wants to egg me on too far.

Kind of a guess, based on how many droppers full. Which is about five droppers from a 15 ml bottle. Seems like the dropper holds about .75 mls, but will only dispense part of that, maybe .5 ml, at a time.

I could be wrong. But I vaped through two tanks last night, so 2.5-3 mls a tank seems about par. There’s very little room between the glass and the chimney.

Might be able to see here, how much room the Fancier has, although considerably smaller dimensions, which is supposed to be 4 mls. Holds Less though.

I like the size and style as a match to the mod, but the color is matte and a bit too light. I think that mod looked better with the shiny black tank. I’m gonna try this tank on my other gunmetal mod and see how that goes lol. I mean, function first, but matchy too, when possible.

I despise bubble tanks. I'll tolerate less capacity or overhang before I use something that looks like a snow globe. Give me nice, clean straight lines. Maybe 1mm of overhang and I'm good.

I’m gonna have to find one. Really don’t require a huge juice capacity, but as this is kind of hard to fill if prefer to do it as infrequently as possible.

I respect that it’s not your thing. They are kind of girly looking. I kind of like some wacky stuff though. If there was a tank with a little monkey wearing a polka dot jacket and a fez riding a unicycle around in the juice playing the Benny Hill theme song, I’d already have it. As long as it didn’t leak I mean.

I hate the look but if the tank is a juice guzzler that I hit often I will use it. I prefer a chimney extension and taller tube, but from a business point of view bubble glass makes more sense. Overhang on the other hand drives me batty, it's all I see.

Good morning shiny folks! Glad my legend is holding up just fine, glad to not be adding it to the problem list.

I would like to buy 12 of everything. LOL, I think it's stress.

Although, not SO terrible yet (things) although my mom arrived 2 hours before her scheduled time and didn't notify us. We only had a few chores left, but I have not bathed in two days! She arrived when I was all grimy and etc. but I can't do it yet for fear of waking her up. Other than my state of grimyness stuff is going well... So far.

I seriously cannot wait, bathing is one of my favorite, well, I guess yesterday proved it wasn't actually a SURVIVAL necessity, but I sure do like to do it. LOL.

Preparing for a zombie apocalypse though with the bathing thing! That's never a bad thing to practice. LOLZ.

I am the exact opposite when it comes to bubble tanks. I have ordered 8 bubble glasses for my Scions,(about to order 4 more to have as spares), and am about to order 1 or 2 for the Freemax Fireluke tank I won.
I hate having to fill tanks very often, and both of the tanks I mentioned are juice hogs.
