Or is it “I could care less”

These (unfortunate) grammar days I think you can use either. I personally think "I couldn't care less," is correct, it was around first in Europe, and about a decade later the second phrase came into being. I think they're both considered okay at this point though.

Must be something in the air. I’m working on a peanut butter pie. Coming along, needs a little tweaking. I made a butter pecan ice cream that’s my new favorite.

If you read the phrase for it's meaning, only one way really makes sense. If you could care less, it has essentially no meaning...substitute 'couldn't care any less' and it becomes apparent.
Read as 'not possible to care less than I already do' :D

Well, people say either, but they don’t mean the same. Either you care or you don’t. If you don’t care at all, you couldn’t care less.

And it’s not a double negative. Not is a negative, but less is a quantity.

I couldn’t not care is a double negative, and it’s not entirely proper grammar, but at times it’s more accurate than to say I care.

Right, I don't know that the phrases actually have the same meaning but colloquially at least they are considered so.

The English language is so messed up, that plus it changes all the time. A punk did NOT mean in Shakespeare's day what it does now and etc. So, a certain amount of context/history is needed when reading anything old (and sometimes something new). Which is why I enjoy both the Oxford English Dictionary and Urban Dictionary, LOL.

The first phrase is non-sensical if you really pay attention and whatnot. But, colloquially it's alright, although I'm sure it annoys some folks.

this is not my recipe. I either copied it from one of the two recipe websites or a friend gave it to me. I cannot give credit because I do not know who it belongs to. PS I always leave out the sweetener but sometimes use Stevia liquid. I did not use anything in this.

Recipe please!!

5% Cap butter pecan
3% TFA vanilla bean ice cream
1% TFA vanilla bean gelato
1% Cap super sweet.

That’s how I make it, but keep in mind, I like a big, fat, gooey, sweet flavor. Any normal human might want to cut those percentages at least by half to start, lol.

I would like to see any Peanut Butter or Butter Pecan recipes spoken of above or any for that matter

I am at work but Coastal Cowboy has a peanut butter/chocolate recipe that is excellent. I'll post it later when I get home if he doesn't post it first.
