On a more positive note, I was finally able to get my VCMT2 to finally stop leaking. It seems the pockets for the wicking must be stuffed like a Thanksgiving Turkey
I bought some over a year ago and have since lost them all. Time consuming to keep track of. Like charms on my gear. Just gets tiresome putting them back on
Have also made the decision with my pool to go with saltwater..reasons are numerous to do so, most of all is the cost. The saltwater chlorine generator converts salt into chlorine reducing the need for copious amounts of chemicals. The upfront cost is somewhat prohibitive, but my hiatus on buying vape stuff has helped with the funding of the venture.
I had a VCMT v1 OUAT. Leaked like a sieve and was glad to see it go.
It had sweet green o-rings that looked so cool with the smoked glass though

I’ve had it for a couple of months and just could never get the thing to stop, but after stuffing them up with cotton, it did the trick. Plus it’s wicking good too. Lots of bubbles

Vaping my pico 21700 tonight. Took the leaky tank apart, I think it was the lower O ring looked a little wonky. Straightened that out, tightened it all up, not leaky. Meh. It’s okay but glad I didn’t buy a bunch of them.

Holy CRUD. The clinical head of the jail just called me and I PASSED. Yeah, it's slightly less money but it's also not a 3 hour commute 4 days a week. I was totally stunned. So I have just set about like, cancelling ALL my other stuff (except that one position but if I really want to check it out, I guess I can do so some "special" way, etc. and whatnot).
But everything else, I politely CANCELLED. Man I'm so glad I did nothing much today because I start on MONDAY. I do think an extra 3 hrs per day will do nothing GOOD to my life, probably. LOL. I kind of hardly knew what to SAY although I WILL say, I was so stunned I just robotically agreed to appear.
It does tell me that perhaps one shouldn't name one's children "BabygazingnavelofLight because it, you know, turns out mean. But yes, so that's a GOOD thing holy goodness is it because APART from ONE nanny thing that I was quite sad about, I had to really freaking hold back my RELISHMENT in saying no to some of that nanny stuff.
Nannies, society's need for them, and the way they can be treated (at least in Tucson AZ, although I did hang out with a bunch of illegal nannies near DC and they get treated awful TOO) well, in my opinion that is ONE reason that Satan has as many minions as it does.
LOL, one might say the same about jails, but like, at least I'll be adequately compensated and it's like 10 minutes from my HOUSE and ALSO has fantastic benefits. I think I'll be okay either way, although the kid did tell me they use "straight jacket chairs" there and that one chick was pulled out into the milieu to be jeered at/as some sort of motivational thing. THAT HAD to be the night shift, OMG I hope, but that is also the reason I am not cancelling that ONE other job because if I see anyone get manhandled into a straight jacket chair, I will flip out, and not in any nuts kind of way, but more of a "I realize this is a dangerous prisoner but I don't think human rights violations are in ANY way going to help the situation on ANYONE'S side social woker-y way. If that happens YEAH I MIGHT drive like 3 hours each way, but only THEN."
I would read up on what I might encounter but I also have to say the kid was on 16 hits of acid, he may not be the most reliable informant. Etc. Also, I kind of want to see it in the flesh for myself.
I'm still sort of um, shocked, but SO GLAD otherwise. Etc.
